Rain, rain and more rain... 🌧🌧🌧 Why not warm up with a warm bowl of chilaquiles? We've adapted this recipe to be an easy, homemade version that's the ideal comfort food for cold, grey days!
Step 1️⃣: combine salsa and vegetable stock in a small saucepan and heat on medium-low.
Step 2️⃣: put a handful of crunchy corn chips in a bowl and drizzle with the warm salsa. Optional: top with shredded cheese (or vegan cheese) and broil until golden brown.
Step 3️⃣: Enjoy as is or top with sliced avocado, Mexican crema, or chopped red onions.
Gearing up my taste buds with this Khao Soi as I head to Thailand next week.
Khao Soi is a Burmese influences dish that’s served widely in northern Laos and northern Thailand. Pestle Rock is known for this curry egg noodle dish. They add red onions, pickled mustard greens and crispy noodles for a nice crunch 😋

-FOOD VLOGGERS BLOCK- .
Seriously I've been on major food vlogging rut the past couple of weeks. It's like every major restaurant iv lately been to have been seriously disappointing. As I have mentioned in my insta stories before, I am not going to tag this place or call out names or anything like that. Mainly because I don't want any negativity. Also it's up to each person's palate. But I will not recommend the place to anyone else either. .
Having said that, Ever since I started food vlogging I like to do some extensive research before I go. This gives me the opportunity to provide the most accurate review and food vlog for the viewers. @zomatouae serioulsy you guys I don't even know how your reviews work anymore??!! This is the 5th time I have been hoodwinked by the reviews on your app about restaurants. Either you guys have to stop having people who will say anything just to be invited for a meal or do a legit and proper survey of the reviews you put up. Although it is up to each person's palate. Some of these so called food bloggers/vloggers don't even know how to boil an egg or seen a spice.. How will such people know how do a accurate food review!?! Be aware of who's reviews you guys promote. Or it just could be that
some of these "fine dinning" restaurants have given more thought to the atmosphere and service than the actual food. So trendiest decorè and good service somehow block people's taste buds or freedom of speech! Lol!!! .
This particular Indian reataurant was extremely trendy and had excellent service but the food was just average for the price we paid. Usually when you order the kebab platter which is one of the most expensive items on the menu you expect to have at least complimentary flat bread.. But at this place they charge you 6.75 dhirams for a naan. And as a person who have very good knowledge of spices and asian cooking I could tell off the bat that every single kebab had a similar if not the same marination. 😑
We are extremely thankful to @entertainergcc because we didn't feel like we were being ripped off.. But however I can only imagine for the people who pays full price at such places. Total rip off!!! #lankaneating
One of the staples in my life: 🍅Tomato Salsa 🍋
use it in your salads, In omlettes, as a dip with your favourite crudités , breakfast side with eggies, or in the traditional way, in your Mexican fiesta! 🌮
make a massive bowl that lasts a few days in the fridge marinating in deliciousness! it keeps me inspired to live a clean eating lifestyle as my go to snack.
Ingredients: 💚half an onion
,5 big tomatoes, juice of 1 or 2 lemons, big handful of coriander, big splash of olive oil for extra healthy fat, salt & pepper to taste (lots!) yum yum 🌯
You know what happens when you get to the top of a mountain and look down at the scenery below?
You realize just how EASY it was to climb it. Your realize just how CAPABLE you are throughout the journey.
But it all starts with a single STEP. Because when you’re at the bottom, looking up, it’s scary!!! You know why I didn’t want to start my own business?!?
I was scared sh*tless!!! No joke, I also thought it was a “get rich quick scheme” and that only the people at the top would ever be at the top.
Man was I wrong! And I’m glad I took the time to inform myself of what a virtual business is ACTUALLY about!
If you’re ready for the first step and to just get more information about what it’ll take to get to the top of the mountain- then drop a comment below 👇🏼👇🏼. January 29th I’m kicking off an info group with my girl @sydneygallion5 and we’d love to have you! 💕 #sneakpeek#infonight#openhouse
