Mentre tutti postate la foto della colazione, io posto quella del dessert di ieri sera😂 E pensare che si era partiti dall'idea della discoteca, e poi, niente, per una cosa è per l'altra, alla fine siamo andate in una bakery con té caldo e fette di torta😍😍😍

Quella che ho preso io (stories⏩) era una cheesecake alla zucca e cioccolato, che OMMIODDIO era buonissimaa❤️ E poi, al contrario delle solite cheesecake, non era per niente pesante o stucchevole. Il tutto accompagnato da Chai tea fumante☕ Questa qui, invece, è una torta al cioccolato e pistacchio, sempre fenomenale❤️

This upcoming week, I really want to challenge myself with a few things:
✅ My intake will be increasing again. Not just a modest increase by 50 calories each day. I’m going to see what an 100 calorie increase does for me.
✅ I’m going to commit to more social outings. Not just one-offs on the weekend. I want to force myself to meet new people and break out of my routine.
✅ I want to take on more responsibility in my jobs, and prove to myself that I can handle the stress.
✅ I want to push myself a little harder in my workouts - and measure that by strength and new exercises, and not by calories burned or the amount I sweat.

I want to feel like I’m really working hard - and not feel exhausted, frustrated or hard-done by for doing so.
I want to feel satisfied, and I want to know that I’ve worked hard enough to earn all the positive outcomes I know I’ll receive as I prioritise and shift my energy into new and progressive things ✌🏻

Régebben a @dmmagyarorszag Alnatura bio ropogós csokis müzlijét vettem kilószámra! Imádtam, volt hogy csak kinyitottam és kézzel szemezgettem belőle egy jó film mellett! Egyszerűen nem tudtam abbahagyni!🙄🤔
De végre sikerült itthon kikísérletezni egy hasonlóan finom, ropogós, csupa csokis  granolát!😋🍫😃💕

The traditional recipe calls for crushing the rotlas to a coarse mix and giving an elaborate vaghar (tadka/tempering). But I have only used dollops of desi ghee (clarified butter) and lilu lasan (green garlic) for the vaghar.
It's one hearty dish and is best enjoyed with chilled curds.

My first taste of a @proteinpantry bar and boy oh boy it didn’t disappoint😍 This is by far the nicest protein bar I’ve ever tried. It tasted like it should have been 1,00000 calories it was that good (i was when it was gone🙈)!! This one was the vanilla honeycomb cheesecake and actually had that cheesecake taste and texture😍 Roll on the next flavour!! .

Good morning everyone! 💓
My night wasn't very good. I wasn't able to sleep until 12pm (?) because i'm so nervous. I have weight in tomorrow and i don't know how to feel about it. I want to know my weight but i'm scared that i lost again. I ate very little the last week and this would be the second time i lose at weight in. My doctor told me last week that she don't want that i lose more weight and i don't know what she would say if this would happen. I really hope that she don't want to send me inpatient 😖
Btw i'm sorry for my bad english i hope you can understand what i wanted to say 😅

BLACKENED SHRIMP PASTA

INGREDIENTS
BLACKENING SEASONING
1 Tbsp smoked paprika 
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
Freshly cracked pepper
SHRIMP PASTA
1/2 lb peeled and deveigned shrimp 
2 Tbsp butter 
2 cloves garlic 
15 oz can petite diced tomatoes 
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 lb pasta 
2-3 green onions, sliced
Handful fresh parsley
1 lemon 
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, combine the herbs and spices for the blackening seasoning. Rinse the shrimp under cool water, drain, and then pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle the blackening seasoning over the shrimp and stir to coat.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the pasta. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook until tender (7-10 mins). Reserve about 1 cup of the starchy pasta water, then drain the pasta in a colander.
While the pasta is cooking, mince the garlic and add it to a large skillet with the butter. Heat the butter and garlic over a medium flame until the butter starts to foam and sizzle. Continue to sauté the garlic in the sizzling butter for about one minute. Add the shrimp and sauté until they are opaque and slightly firm (3-5 minutes), then remove them from the skillet.
Add the diced tomatoes (with juices) and about 1/2 cup of the pasta water to the skillet. Stir and cook over medium heat, dissolving the browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let the sauce simmer for 5-10 mins, or until thickened slightly. Taste the sauce and add salt if needed (I added 1/4 tsp salt).
Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet and toss with the sauce (add some of the remaining reserved pasta water, if needed, to loosen the pasta). Return the shrimp to the skillet and stir to combine.
Slice the green onions and chop the parsley leaves. Sprinkle both over top. Serve with sliced lemon to squeeze over top

Спелая хурма мягкая, даже очень мягкая. Если купили твердую, положите дома с другими фруктами и подождите пока не станет мягкой, и ее можно есть) 
На фото 5 разных сортов, итак, начнем снизу вверх 🔸Китайская с полоской. Не сильно сладкая, без косточек 🔸Узбекская королевская. Насыщеный вкус, сочная, без косточек 🔸Узбекская шоколадная. Шоколадная потому, что внутри коричневая. Это моя самая любимая. Сочная, сладкая, с косточками, я от нее без ума 🔸Китайская королек. Яркий вкус, более мясистая, сладкая 🔸Узбекская финиковая. Самая насыщенная на вкус, много ее не съешь, не смотря на размер. Зреет очень быстро😛

Guten Morgen meine süßen 😘 ich lieg momentan noch im bett und lass den sonntag ganz langsam und gemütlich angehen 😜 außer etwas hausarbeit steh heute auch zum glück nichts an, ich werd heute einfach nur mal auf der couch liegen (ich bin eigentlich so ein aktiver mensch, dass mir nur so rumliegen manchmal schwer fällt, aber wenn ich richtig kaputt bin, geht das schonmal) gestern war ich mit Melina zusammen beim sport und wir haben einfach drei kurse zusammen gemacht! Unglaublich! Hätte mir vor zwei monaten jemand gesagt, dass ich das schaffen werde und auch noch spaß daran haben werde, hätte ich das niemals geglaubt! Aber wenn man dran bleibt, wird man wirklich besser und gerade beim zumba bin ich auch ein ein richtiger anfänger! Aber es macht trotzdem riesen spaß und ich werd solange dranbleiben, bis ich es kann 💪🏻💃🏻 Übrigens werde ich heute endlich mein giveaway starten meine lieben, wird ja auch mal zeit 😜 habt einen schönen sonntag! Außerdem wollte ich dich nochmal drücken liebe @melinaesmeralda! Es tat wirklich mal so gut zu reden, ich rede sonst wirklich nie (!) über meine vergangene beziehung und mit noch keinem so ausführlich wie mit dir! Es tut gut zu wissen, dass man nicht allein ist und ich wette 100 andere mädels dachten das nach deiner message auch! Das war echt ganz groß von dir, das alles auszusprechen und zu teilen ❤️ Danke für das tolle gespräch 😘

ТЫКВЕННЫЙ СУП-ПЮРЕ просто моя любовь 🤪

Ингредиенты 
1 столовая ложка оливкового масла 
1/2 луковицы, нарезать кубиками (около 1 чашки) 
1/2 тыквы, очищенные и нарезанной кубиками (около 8 чашек) 
4 зубчика чеснока, измельчить 
1 столовая ложка свежего розмарина, нарезать 
4-5 чашек овощного бульона 
1,5 чашки кокосового молока 
Для гарнира: 1/4 чашки поджаренного нарезанного миндаля

Нагрейте масло в кастрюле на среднем огне. Добавьте лук и обжарьте в течение нескольких минут до полупрозрачного. Добавьте тыкву и чеснок и продолжайте готовить еще несколько минут. 
Добавьте розмарин и овощной бульон. Доведите до кипения, уменьшите огонь до минимума и варите, пока тыква не станет мягкой. Добавьте соль по вкусу. 
Погружным блендером измельчите тыкву до состояния супа-пюре. 
Добавьте кокосовое молоко и тушите еще минуту или две. 
Подавать поджаренным нарезанным миндалем, оливковым маслом и свежим розмарином.

I used to #mealprep lunches for the week every Sunday because it was:
1. A time saver when I didn’t have time with work during the week. 
2. Help me stay on track eating healthy.
3. Save me money from buying lunch.

Now I mealprep lunches for these reasons:
1. I’m a Mum with an almost 4 month old baby. So who knows when I have time to shower let alone make a meal during the day.
2. It stops me from going McDonalds drive through.
3. Reasons 1-3 from ABOVE ☝️. Plus it doesn’t need to be fancy to taste good and you can make it a quick prep so you have time during the week for other stuff. These 9 meals with chicken breast, brown rice and broccolini took me about 45min to make and each meal only costs around AU$1.35!

I talk to a lot of women who are confused about what to eat. 💁This confusion leads to anxiety.
💁Anxiety that leads to poor choices.
💁Which leads to negative feelings and subsequently not enjoying food or eating.

And here we have the negative relationships that develop with food and our body.

But YOU can change this. ⭐️Food is fuel and your body needs it to survive, it’s going to be in your life forever so the sooner you can develop a better relationship with it the happier your life will be.

So here’s what you can do to start the change in your thinking 💭 -Food is neither good nor bad. Repeat this 10 times!
-Food is calorie dense or nutrient dense. It will fuel you, provide you with energy, make you function optimally.
-You are not a bad person for eating calorie dense foods. -You are not a bad person for over eating in calorie dense foods. It happens understand why it happened so you can prevent it next time and move on
-Social occasions include food, be social not a hermit.
-Life is better with more calories 👌🏻
-More food means more energy, more energy means can work harder and lift heavier resulting in more gains! Then resulting in more food -YASSSS

I recently rediscovered edamame, and I'm a fan👌okay real talk.. honestly the past week and a half I've gradually been more and more sucked into a depressive episode and it's really getting at me. It isn't always just aching sadness- it can be apathy draining the colors of the world and making every task feel exacerbatingly difficult, wiping out all motivation and leaving me incurably tired. I think my anxiety was able to push me through it enough to be productive, but after I finished a recital on monday since then I've been so burnt out and incapable of doing anything but minimal tasks (sometimes not even). I skipped two classes and one rehearsal last week and have barely been able to practice my cello or take care of myself at times. It all started going downhill with that total body image melt down and mood crash the Thursday before last. I'm so glad thanksgiving break is just around the corner so maybe I'll be able to recharge. but yeah, being so lethargic and unproductive has shot down my self worth and reared up my mental anxiety but it's felt impossible to snap out of it. It's made food significantly harder and my ED voice even louder. I've just been sleeping a ton and isolating and other unwholesome activities. Wow, this post is depressing but yeah I guess I just needed to be honest about that and could use some patience and encouragement maybe. Mostly patience. I know I'm going to be okay and this will pass eventually, it just sucks in the meantime.

Je reviens de mon petit run de 6km après avoir sauté dimanche dernier à cause de mon pied, du coup je vous avoue que j'étais un peu dans le mal ce matin 😂 mais j'y suis allée tranquille et c'était très agréable malgré le froid !
Par contre je suis la seule à trouver que c'est plus difficile de courir par temps froid que temps chaud ? Moi qui pensais le contre !😱

THE CROCKPOT SALSA VERDE HONEY LIME CHICKEN

Ingredients
2 pounds (1kg) bone-in, skin on chicken thighs (or chicken breasts)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 bell peppers, sliced (we used green and yellow)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup (250ml) mild salsa verde
1/3-1/2 cup (80-125ml) honey
1/2 cup (125ml) lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
Salt and fresh cracked pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Chopped cilantro, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Arrange bell pepper into the bottom of your slow cooker and spread into an even layer. Top with chicken thighs.
2. In a bowl whisk together chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Evenly sprinkle half of the seasoning over chicken thighs then flip chicken and sprinkle in remainder. Top chicken with garlic.
3. In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, lime juice and honey and add to slow cooker along with chicken and season with additional salt to taste if desired. 
4. Pour the salsa verde over chicken. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 – 4 hours or LOW for 6 – 8 hours, until chicken has cooked through and veggies are tender.
5. Adjust seasoning and add more honey for sweeter, lime for more zing, and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve over rice or in warmed tortillas with sour cream and optional guacamole, cheese and salsa. Enjoy!

I actually prefer active recovery days to rest days cos you get to stretch everything out. This week has left all of my muscles really achy so stretching them out with some yoga felt AMAZING!

1½ cups hot water1 teaspoon dried basil or marjoram1 6- to 9-ounce package fresh or frozen cheese (or meat) ravioli, preferably whole-wheat2 cups diced zucchini, (about 2 medium)Freshly ground pepper to taste

Add tomatoes, broth, water and basil (or marjoram); bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Add ravioli and cook for 3 minutes less than the package directions. Add zucchini; return to a boil. Cook until the zucchini is crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Season with pepper.

Breakfast this morning was 2 weetbix cover in strawberries, banana, raisins and honey✨ 
Yesterday was not good at all! I woke up and just felt so crap, my bf stayed and we were going to the market, i changed my outfit at least 12 times haha. And got grumpy because everything I put on made me feel so terrible about myself😫 then my parents decided I need to up my meals again and my breakfast was huge and I couldn’t handle it. I ate it all after a long 40 minutes and then took to my bed and broke down in front of the bf, he’s seen me have one before but not like this. I started crying and just couldn’t stop. After a while we decided to head to the market and tried to turn the day into a positive one, otherwise I would have got back into bed and not moved. The afternoon ended up being really nice😊 
I woke up today worried how I would be after my low mood, but dad and I spent some time together and went on his motorbike, saw my nana. Just kept me busy and it’s been good! So don’t let a crappy day bring you down!! Ps- sorry for being negative but just want to be honest!
