Haven’t had protein waffles for a while and as I was treated to a calorie increase this week I decided to indulge... 🤤
#
So to update you on things, I am currently slowly raising calories from a calorie deficit as I was struggling with satiation and I wasn’t feeling 100% in training sessions. The slow increase has given me a lot more energy and increased my feelings of satiation, so I really hope I can put a bit more into my sessions this week as a result. My goal at the moment is to try and nail pre and post workout nutrition and have me feeling my best.

I’ve also got heavy squats plus accessories to train later on in the gym. I’m looking forward to killing it!

Breakfast today! 🍓
I’ve been trying to cut down a little on my dairy intake because my skin has flared up massively recently (and as we all know I eat Greek yoghurt by the gallon...) so I’m trying out the @alpro soy yoghurt this week and so far I’m loving it!! Much thinner and a bit less protein but it’s nice for a change! Served with the usual berries and Rice Krispies but because it’s naturally sweeter it doesn’t need any syrup which is fab 🤓🙌🏼 •

I am buying food without plastic bags and packages, am reusing glass bottles 👆 'There was a yummy coconut drink, but why don't I use it for my homemade juices? I always look for containers for my drinks.' These were my thoughts

When I was at Starbucks on Sunday I gave them my bottle to fill the beverage in

There are so many diets and food fads these days we can barely keep up. So rather than eliminating entire food groups, much like yesterday’s post on alcohol, our food mantra is everything in moderation. We believe that self-care includes nourishing and fuelling your body and learning to listen to what it needs, even if that means the occasional piece of chocolate or pizza slice 🍫🍎🥓🥗
Organise yourself some healthy snacks so you’re not tempted to reach for the chips at 3pm e.g. almonds, blueberries, a banana, veggie sticks, unsalted popcorn, avo on rice crackers etc 🥕🥑🍌
Watch out for ‘diet’ products as that can mean they contain different nasties and often aren’t any better for you than full fat options 🥛🧀
Don’t punish yourself, it’s ok to indulge in the odd burger when you really really feel like it (provided it’s not every day) 🍔🍟
Get inspired by insta food blogs like the one this post is from 🥙🥘

Хрустящие картофельные бомбы 
Здравствуй, честной народ. Сегодня покажу крутую и несложную штуку, которую просто вам необходимо приготовить. Я делаю ее уже в третий раз за неделю и буду делать в четвертый.

ПОнадобится вот что:
- Говяжий фарш: 300г
- неполная чайная ложка чили-перца
- 1ч.л. молотой зиры
- 1ч.л. паприки
- большая щепотка черного, смолотого крупно, черного перца
- хорошая щепотка соли
- 2.чл. томатной пасты
- Сыр. Выбирать на своей усмотрение. У меня была гауда и дорблю.
- масло для фритюра

Как готовить:
- Фарш готовить на среднем огне, помешивая, разбивая на части до изменения цвета- около 5 минут. - Добавить специи и томатную пасту. Если фарш попался не жирный, да к тому же, вы успели его подсушить, то можно влить грамм 50 воды.
- Готовить на маленьком огне минут 15. Попробуйте- мясо должно быть полностью готово. Итоговая консистенция должна быть такой, чтобы на дне не оставалось никакой жидкости. ПРосто сочное, не сухое мясо. - Отставить в сторону остывать.
- В это время поставить греться масло для фритюра. У меня для этих целей есть советская фритюрница, рассчитанная как раз на небольшие объемы, но лучше все же просто греть масло в казанке на газу. Так приготовление выйдет быстрее, а температура масла -большей.
-Картофель очистить и держать в холодной воде до того момента, пока не нагреется масло. - Картошку потереть на крупной терке и добавить в нее 2ст.л. муки и чайную ложку соли. Перемешать. - НА ладонь положить немного картофеля, сверху добавить чайную ложку фарша и кубик сыра, загнуть картошку закрывая края. При необходимости можно добавить еще немного картофеля, чтобы все аккуратно закрыть. НА самом деле процесс после первого-второго раза ускоряется и делать все получается почти  на автомате. - Жарить картофельные бомбы во фритюре до золотистого цвета. По времени это около 5 минут. Зависит от температуры, так что ориентируйтесь по цвету.
-ПО готовности можно сразу посолить.
Идеальным дополнением к таким бомбам будут, на мой вкус, сметана ( я в этот раз добавил немного хрена и раскрошенного дорблю) и хороший кетчуп или томатный соус.

Everyone would be so much better off without me here to bother them anyway. I'm so fucking fat and repulsive, I don't know how anyone can even bare to look at me. I should just fucking kill myself, I don't know how much longer I can live like this.

Who's time poor? Who grabs food on the run instead of making all your meals at home? Who depends on pre-made, pre-packaged 'health food'? 🍅🥑 It's aight, we all do, cos ain't nobody got time for that ALL OF THE TIME. 🥙🌯🌮 But if and where possible, buy in-season, whole fruits and vegetables (yes with skin still on) and steam, roast, blend or puree those babies with little extra flavouring or oils for the biggest nutrient packed meal you can get your hands on 🤗😎

Here I split up one pepper in half and filled it up with chopped mushrooms, cheese, and herb before putting it in the oven. You can also use the microwave and switch up what goes inside to make this fish heartier it lighter!

Чайная пыль – это, по сути, мелкие пережаренные кусочки, которые осыпаются при обжарке чайных листьев и которые, к сожалению, уже не содержат практически никаких полезных веществ. То, что чайная пыль при заваривании не дает насыщенного цвета, подталкивает производителя к тому, что в пакетированный чай часто добавляются красители. А чтобы отбить привкус клея и бумаги, в такой чай добавляют еще и ароматизаторы.
С другой стороны, многие чаи в пакетиках более крепкие, чем листовые. Это связано с тем, что у цельного листа при заваривании площадь соприкосновения с водой значительно меньше, чем та площадь, которую в сумме дают мельчайшие частички чайной пыли. Эта особенность чайной пыли дает возможность недобросовестному производителю добавлять в пакетики не только сам чай, но и другие измельченные растения (например, листья тополя, ивы, дуба или даже траву). Часто для производства пакетированного чая используют просроченный измельченный листовой чай.
Однако не только некачественный чай, но и добавленные к нему ароматизоторы, консерванты и красители несут вред организму. Такое сочетание «добавок» к чаю может нарушить процесс обмена веществ в организме, ослабить защитные функции и даже способствовать развитию в организме раковых клеток. Более того, а пакетированном чае сильно превышена допустимая концентрация фтора, что негативно сказывается на здоровье костной системы и зубов.
Конечно, невооруженным глазом, без специального оборудования невозможно проанализировать содержимое чайного пакетика, которое измельчено в порошок. Но, добросовестные производители качественного чая не экономят ни на пакетиках, которые могут быть изготовлены из хороших материалов, ни на самом чае.
Тот, кто пьет пакетированный чай должен придерживаться некоторых правил:

🥑🍅🥒🍚Having a wonderful breakfast that keeps the soul and the tastebuds happier than ever: brown rice crisps topped with mashed avocado, fresh cucumber and tomato. Not-so-fancy canapé.
