Get up 1 hour earlier than you did yesterday, push your workout for an extra set, do 10 mins more of cardio.

GLYCANAID HA WAS THE DIFFERENCE MAKER!
Thank-you for your continued advice and encouragement. Please see two recent pictures of Molly 14 weeks post-surgery back playing with her pack of canine friends at her favorite Pet Resort. The rehab was a tedious task for all of us including Molly but thanks to your continued instructions and goodwill we all stayed on task. It was of great help to know in advance that none of this would be an overnight recovery and to be prepared for small set-backs. Because we kept that in mind and Molly was extremely cooperative as a rehab patient progress, it became very measurable and steady.
The addition of the GlycanAid HA was the difference maker to us and Molly (12 weeks to date). She has gained leg strength, muscle and bone mass faster that I would have expected. She will be your loyal customer for life it is that good in my mind.
We know that she has a ways to go. Her surgeon deems her 100% but that is likely her surgical assessment and not a forecast for Molly 's future health. We have always taken care of our canines and watched them as we would our children. Knowing what signs to look for going forward is something you helped us with in the weekly articles and encouraging emails.
For now she is one very happy & tired 9 Y/O puppy (with grey whiskers).

One of my favorite things about Monday is the opportunity to reset - - both mind and body. Having a big old salad is a great way to do that! Today I’m having:

I wanted to share with you how real and fabulous it gets when you have a tribe like I do. This is me right after my work out. Pretty glamorous, am I right?! ✨This might not be the typical profile picture but this is when I feel the best. 💪🏻When I just did something that wasn't easy, but empowered me, and made my life better. Made me stronger, healthier, more focused, more disciplined, more motivated, a better person, better friend, better her mother, better everything because I gave a few minutes of my day to extend my life by implementing healthy habits and practices. 👏And I feel completely comfortable sharing these moments (and more) with my group. 👍🏻a not so flattering picture like this would garner more encouragement and more positivity from my people because they're doing this right along with me and we are women that lift each other up. We are celebrating the "I got better" victory every day together. ⬆️ so you ready to join us or what?

Standing OHP 1x5 @ 95lbs
Close-grip Bench 3x8 @ 135lbs
Kept the weight light today and just focused on form and execution. No need to focus on numbers this early in the program!
These pictures make me so happy. Mylos birthday weekend keeps replaying in my mind. Did I hug him enough? Did I kiss him enough? Did I tell him I love him? We rushed to the hospital early this morning to see if we could know the results of his CT scan but they delayed in doing it. He just went to go get it done so we will be anxious for the results. As of now he is still not following commands. I can't wait for the day that they tell me that he is. My heart is broken 😔 #staystrong#papito#papi#getbetter#weneedyou
Cockpit view has always been my favourite as it puts the subject right in the middle of all the action but the camera placement is directly under my chest which may limit my movement (xleh la nk peluk tank mcm ni 😅). Lets just see how it goes.
