You know you've had a good session WHEN... your butt sweat shows after you sit for 30 seconds 😂😭 Where some people sweat in normal places such as underarms etc, I sweat here ahah 🍑😂💦 PLUSSSS i was wearing grey tights. My thoughts were if people could see my butt sweat (which they would have been able to), well... "y u lookin at my butt then" 😈 I embraced it, in fact I love sweating in the gym it shows I've worked hard (for me personally). Plus, if you can't sweat in the gym where can you sweat? 🤔 It was a killer workout. My amazing PT perfect boyfriend hehe makes my programs and every time he does (every 6 weeks) I say ahh it's the best yet, he is honestly so so skilled 🙌🏻

The Swiss Ball Ab Crunch
A solid ab exercise whether you're a beginner or advanced trainee and want a safe and effective exercise to sculpt your abs.
This movement is awesome when done right, but is one of the most f’d up one I see guys doing! Follow the technique ques below for ripped abs
Knee/leg angle stay at 90 dgs. Support your lower back with the ball. Your butt should almost be INFRONT of the ball and not really on it. Extend your spine around the ball to get a BIG arch. Think of your abs as an accordion here. Breathe out and initiate with your abs to pull you up and contract your abs HARD. Use your hands to support your head and neck throughout
Notice how its a very short range of motion. Only come up as high as possible while still having tension in your abs.
Start by doing sets of 20-30 reps with a 1s pause in the top of the movement where you can squeeze your abs. This is also a great exercise to superset and tri-set other ab exercises with.

If you can't tell by my face, stretching is a VERY serious matter! 😂
Actually in reality I suck at making sure I properly warm up and stretch. I totally understand how important it is and how it is a way to prevent injury, yet I let myself make the excuse that I need to hurry up and get to my next place.
However, now that I'm on my new program, I know I need to follow through and make time for it.
Having someone film you in the gym isn’t just for vanity. You can’t see yourself like everyone else does, so this is the best form check out there! It’s kind of like when you think you know yourself then you hear your voice on a recording and you’re like, “I’m not that nasally!” 😳 Filming is the 🔑 to best analyzing your form, AND seeing the progress you’ve made / progress you need to make.
I always have a hard time with mind muscle connection on chest day, so I had my good buddy @thebrockett take a few videos of me while we finished up on cables so I could see what was going on. Turns out I drop my elbows, I don’t keep my shoulders pinned back, I don’t get a good squeeze, and my stretch isn’t deep enough sometimes... I was all out of sorts which is something I couldn’t really tell just from a mirror. Lesson to myself: If I just give chest the focus that I would give back or arms then I’d be fine. Stop trying so hard to do more reps or more weight, and trust myself that I know how to penetrate the muscle and help it grow.
As far as aesthetics I’ve focused on upper chest for a long time and it’s paying off. Now it looks like I seriously need to work on thickening my pecs and building that center crease.🤓 #learning
And while filming isn’t all vain, you can certainly take your best clips once you’ve corrected your BS and throw them on the gram. 😜 🎶 Okey Dog - MURS

My hump is hurt today so I'm pumping away at my arms. I love lifting heavier💪, but lighter weights have their place too.
I still want to make sure I'm maintaining my muscular endurance, and of course I want to keep my arms toned. Swipe to see some of my arm workout for today. I use it in my barre and cardio classes.
For the sake of the video, I'm only doing 4 reps. I aim for 12 of each move. Repeat the whole thing 2-3 times.
Bent Over Rows
Doesn't it feel so good to finally hit the gym hard, especially after a stressful day!? The gym is my favorite place to wind down and relax on days like that 💪
Keep pushing guys! Be positive, don't give up, and just remember you will achieve your goals eventually.
