After successfully puppy pressing I decided to try and see how the straddle press would go... And kinda shocked myself!

Please don't look at other people's posts thinking you will never be able to do that. You CAN if you work towards it PATIENTLY! Just so you know 3 years ago I couldn't do one single pushup! I swear!

Well I woke up bloated, not feeling it and just wanting to roll over and go back to sleep — but Monday’s set the tone for the week and Monday is here whether I like it or not — I have every intention for this to be a good week — so I pulled myself out of bed and walked downstairs to chug a glass of water and some coffee ☕️... TIPS for less than ideal mornings: 1️⃣ chug some water 2️⃣ brush your teeth as soon as you get up 3️⃣ have some coffee or tea and allow yourself some grace with waking up 4️⃣ change clothes (I usually sleep in my workout clothes so that I don’t have that excuse in the morning but sometimes I need to change even to different workout clothes to get myself moving)
Morning learning - One of the best tips I have ever been given was to spend 1 hour everyday learning. Whether that's reading, webinars, podcasts it doesn't matter but the moment you stop learning you stop progressing your clients and athletes. You have to get better if you want your clients to get better.
