100% my mindset every time I walk through the gym door. Literally most days is 90% therapy 10% for my health my reason for being there. And the one thing in life I can give 100% to and it gives me 100% right back. Crossfit is one of the best things I did and do for myself

Didn’t want to workout. Been in a workout funk lately. I was KILLING it before my birthday then totally splurged and got lazy and now I’m like 🙄 please don’t make me workout. BUT I DID. Glad I did. This song came on and got me through the third round of the @toneitup #5DM . Also did 2x Stairmill Workout plus abs and will be walking with the husband later. Already signed up for spin tomorrow morning — no excuses!
Life happens. •It seems no matter how organized and put together you THINK you are God always likes to mix things up a little and your perfectly color coordinated, with matching stickers planner is nothing how your week went; because well, LIFE!🤦🏻♀️ All you can do is move forward, take it as a lesson, and keep pushing. Focus on the ultimate goal, don't let yourself get to down, and move on. A week off for pure reflection, with family and close friends was well needed, but time to get back to chasing all the Goals. 🤓🏋🏻♀️

Sunday is not a day of rest, it’s a day to gym while everyone else rests so there’s no wait on equipment. Instead of sleeping off your hangover, get your butt up and sweat it out!! Even if you have your worst workout, you are still lapping everyone else on the couch. If you want something you’ve never had, you must do something you’ve never done!! Four years ago when I finally decided to "get healthy", I absolutely dreaded exercise. Coming from a competitive sports background and having played lacrosse in college, I thought my only options outside of practices were lots of sprints and long hours on the treadmill. Now don't get me wrong - some people love running, and that's totally okay! I'm just not one of those people 😂 and I've realized that I don't have to be! Finding a workout program (or several) that gets you EXCITED to sweat will be a complete game changer for not only your fitness level, but your lifestyle as well! My personal favorite right now is HIIT (high intensity interval training) because it's short (less than 30 minutes), challenging and makes me feel like I worked my ass off 🔥 What's everyone's favorite style of workout and why?!
