Lots of goodness in this delicious bowl! Full of plant protein from the black beans and peas 🙌🏻. To make this 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup green peas steamed, 1/2 cup black beans, baby radishes, cherry tomatoes and mini cucumbers! This is so filling from all the protein and fibre! Don’t forget to add a heart healthy fat to you salads (allows you to absorb all the vitamins in the salad). I usually use either avocado or a EVOO/nut butter based dressing! How do you add healthy fats to you salads?
This dish reminded me to make more herbed butters, especially for meat! Thyme, dill and cilantro herb butter on turkey breast with carrot ginger brown rice pilaf and sautéed broccoli and corn in a wok. Great meal that keeps you filled!!!

I absolutely love these because who doesn’t need help getting all of their fruits and veggies in a day?! They come in three flavors: Berry 🍓 Orange 🍊 and CHOCOLATE 🍫 and you can mix them into just about anything you want.
I’ve personally noticed that my allergies are SO much better when I drink these daily, I don’t get the headaches I typically get and I get ALL the energy without the crash I get with coffee.

La pìcula d' caval (o pìcula ad caval o pìcula 'd caval) è un piatto a base di carne di cavallodella cucina piacentina. È forse uno dei piatti più noti, anche fuori dal territorio della provincia di Piacenza, della tradizione gastronomica locale. Viene solitamente servito insieme alla polenta e abbinata ad un vino rosso corposo come un Gutturnio Docdei Colli piacentini.
È opinione comune, seppur non confermata, che il piatto affondi le sue radici nella tradizione militare di Piacenza, città nella quale era quindi facilmente reperibile la carne equina dei numerosi cavalli a fine carriera[

When your sweet tooth is screaming for chocolate, these really hit the spot and they're so easy to make 👏🎉 Healthy Banana Choc Chip Cookies 🍪 🍌
25g dessicated coconut
About 50g chunks of dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mash the bananas until smooth.
Mix in the porridge and coconut and then add the chocolate chunks and mix really well.
Scoop one tablespoon of the mixture for each cookie and flatten onto a baking tray.
The mixture won’t rise or spread so you can put them pretty close together and the size you make is the size your cookie will be.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until they’re set and look golden. Enjoy 🤗👅

Got some AMAZING #curiouschef kids knives and all 3 kids helped me make some delicious veggie pasta sauce! So much fun and so good! A big mess but the kids (especially my oldest) were in heaven and asking to chop ALL the veggies in the fridge! 🙌🏻
