Teaching kids to save with a piggy bank Recently my sister, baby Bunny's Masi(Mymaa) got her this Mickey Mouse piggy bank though baby bunny is too young to understand what is piggy bank but she loves bright red colour smiley Mickey Mouse & giggles looking at Mickey.
If you think about it, the piggy bank is a great icon for savings because when you give your kid a piggy bank and coins, what is their natural instinct?
They immediately pick up the coins and put it into the slot at the top of the piggy bank.
So what we do is take coins & put them in piggy bank in front of baby bunny & she gets really amused by the sound the piggy bank makes when coins clank against the bottom.
Piggy banks are a great tool to teach kids how to save, teaching kids to save with a piggy bank can be a very powerful lesson because developing the habit to save money is one of the most important aspect and the best way to develop the habit is to start as early as possible.

It's this simple...if you want results you have to stop making excuses. I've been there, I've made so many excuses that quite frankly just weren't even valid.
You have to let go of the negativity and restrictions you set in your own mind and then the rest will follow.
We've all used excuses like the below, 🙈"Im too tired to workout it's been a long day at work
🙈"I've had such a busy day I just don't have time"
🙈"I've had a burger for lunch cos it was takeaway Friday at work I may as well have something convenient for tea now I've spoilt my nutrition today and start again tommorrow"
Well here's just a few things that counter balance these. Working out helps relieve that stress you've had in the office. You only need to workout for half an hour can you really not find half an hour to make yourself feel good. One bad meal can be a guilt free meal you just make a good choice on the next one. Don't let a little cheat meal turn into a cheat day!
So come on let's hear your most used excuse?
When you let them go the things you do become normality. You don't even have to think about it you just do the good things and make good choices because it becomes part of your Daily routine! That's a lifestyle change for the better 💚

I have been slowly chipping away at some of my bad habits and trying to create new ones over the past few months, but one of my biggest problems is finding internal motivation. I hope that documenting the changes and progress I'm making will help with that. I want to have a record of the things I'm doing and feeling. Day 12 😥 #whole30 eggs are a definite go to! Am I sick of them you ask? Yes yes and yes! But its quick and I can have them at anytime! Tonight I'm lucky to have compliant bacon to make the it all better! 😂 It's getting easier to watch what I eat and I'm feeling the change! I am stoked I am under 20 days. Dehydration is my enemy right now! It's so hard to have just water or water with fruit pieces... A nourishing Dessert made with healthy fats 🤗🙌🏻 Dark Chocolate Mousse 🙊👌🏻

Ingredientes: (2 porciones)
* 2 aguacates.
* 1/4 de taza de crema de coco ( la parte solida de la parte superior de la lata).
* 3 cdas de maple.
* 4 cdas de cacao powder.
* 1 cda de vainilla.
* 1/4 de cda de sal de mar.
Crema de Topping:
* 1/2 taza de crema de coco. * 1 cda de maple.
* 1/4 de cda de canela.

1. Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un procesador hasta que quede cremosito.
2. En otro bowl, mezclar para el topping, la crema de coco, maple, canela con una batidora.
3. Colocarlo en una copita de vidrio y puedes agregar de topping: berries, cacao nibs, canela.
4. Dejar en el refri por 30 mins antes de servir.

Healthy bake of the weekend....vegan and gluten free protein brownies! I think there is no person who was walking their muzzled dog and didn't get into situation where people were crossing the road, other ones that would lift their small dogs into arms and the worst out of all, people who would comment out loud how that is an aggressive and bad dog, without even knowing the story behind the muzzle.
Muzzles are not for aggression anymore! In some countries, restricted breeds have to wear muzzles by law when outside or in the public transport. If dog isn't fully trained not to eat outside, it should have a muzzle. Other reason could be emergencies - when dog is in pain or fear so you don't know how it will react. There is loads of different situations and using the muzzle should be considered as responsible ownership, not molestation.
There is loads of different types on the market to suit your dogs nose shape and purpose - long, short, plastic, leather, nylon, with hole for treats, without hole, etc. Proper size has to be snug, but not tight. It has to allow your dog to open his mouth, but not completely.
Aggressive dog that wears a muzzle is not abused, neglected or sad. Muzzle is there to protect you, your animals/kids, the dog and the owner. Since dog can feel our nervousness, person who trains the aggressive dog will be calmer and it will be easier for him to handle the dog if it wears the muzzle.
Muzzles shouldn't be used only when scary things are about to take place. If trained correctly, dogs can be happy to wear it. Muzzle keep people, other dogs and animals safe!
