This is the account of Yog Fellowship Temple - Kriyayoga Meditation Centre in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. The centre offers Kriyayoga Programs in North America under the spiritual guidance of Master Swami Shree Yogi Satyam of the Kriyayoga Ashram and Research Institute in Allahabad, India. Guruji teaches the same technique as that first brought to North America in 1920 by great Master Paramahansa Yoganadanda, author of the spiritual classic, "Autobiography of a Yogi." We invite you to join us as we post photos depicting Guruji's tireless work throughout the world, to teach this ancient, yet ever-new spiritual science to all who are interested in learning.
One of the many villages that Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam visited during his trip in Madhya Pradesh, India. As described by a devotee from Vancouver who was blessed to be along: "As we entered this village, we passed down a narrow dirt path with houses on either side. Flat square homes painted white and sky blue - looking immaculately clean and beautiful. The ground was swept to perfection and everything was extremely neat and tidy. I had never seen such a beautiful village.
Imagine my surprise when I was later told that these people are considered to be the 'lowest class' - the 'untouchables', a designation from the archaic caste system. This discriminating concept and practice has never been supported by great Masters and Prophets of the world such as Swami Shree Yogi Satyam or Mahatma Gandhi. In fact, Gandhiji said that whenever he visited their villages, he could be assured of the cleanest latrines in all India.
As Guruji rounded a corner, there stood many village children holding small lights, with their parents and elders behind them, waiting to escort this holy man who had come to grace their village. I was told that no one else comes to them, so you can imagine their enthusiasm. They led him to an opening where a platform was set up and all the people gathered around to listen with interest to Guruji. He carried a powerful political/spiritual message, reminding them that as tax payers, they have the right to decide what is the best use of money available to their village. He promised to help. There was a lot of clapping and cheering and as Guruji rose to leave, an overwhelming flood of people rushed to him to touch his feet and receive his blessing.
I felt as though I had been transported back in time to when Jesus walked among the masses. I knew that Guruji's presence had infused hope and inspired them to believe that the future will be brighter. It was such a moving experience that I will never forget. All I can say is that is was a privilege and honour to be amongst them as their warmth, caring and devotion spread to us all."

"Ne prenez pas la vie sérieusement, faites de votre mieux à chaque instant et jouissez"
Shri Swamiji Vivekananda
Prendre les choses de forme négative c'est un état mental, un conditionnement du cerveau que l'on a acquis. Lorsqu'on est dans cet état, on verra tout négative, on niera et rejettera tout ce qui nous arrive dans la vie. Sortons de ce conditionnement et rien sera négative. C'est juste notre façon de voir les choses...cela ne dépend que de nous mêmes.
