I constantly tell myself that through hard work I can create opportunities. I don’t always know what they may be nor do I always know what I wish them to be. I treat my workout schedule like I used to pick classes for college...nothing before noon...I’m not a big morning person by nature (honestly I run on coffee during my morning work weeks, lol) but when you got things to do, you sometimes gotta do the morning workout thing...can I go back to bed now? 😂😂😂

Got to brag on my client Derek. He’s been with me four weeks now and making huge strides to a new him. Derek works in law enforcement so his schedule is hectic to say the least. He was only getting one meal a day in before coming to me and putting a game plan together. Derek has lost 2-3 lbs per week eating literally 800% more food a day then he used to while doing very little cardio and lifting some heavy a$$ weights.
