Something I struggle with, and have always struggled with, is self discipline and organization. Now, I have self discipline when it comes to fitness and nutrition (what I’m passionate about/my career), but when it comes to (most) other things, that motivation just isn’t there. I have a difficult time getting myself to do things β€œI don’t want to do.” I push things off, I procrastinate, and I prolong things that I HAVE to do, but don’t want to do (I always struggled with this in school). I often find I’m planning my day, but not following my schedule. Writing down goals, but forgetting I wrote anything down. Start getting ready early, but still leaving late. 
And for some of you, this could be fitness.

Something to remember is that there is value in everything that you do. Although it might not seem like it, everything you do has importance: this is something I frequently try to remind myself when I am struggling to find motivation. It might not seem significant enough or important enough IN THAT MOMENT, but you’ll thank yourself later.

Yeah, I don’t want to do that assignment, but it will allow me to pass my class.
Yeah, I don’t want to do my cardio, but it will allow me to reach my fitness goal.
Yeah, I want to cancel that conference call, but it will open up business opportunity. 
In the moment, doing X thing might seem like BS, but you’ll thank yourself later.

Getting that late-night #cardio #pump #therapy session in.  The last couple of months being overwhelmed with moving, my dad passing and no having to handle all of his legal/trust stuff, not to mention trying to stay composed during the holiday season.  I still expect a random call or text from him to pop up. Having the gym to keep my head straight  has been a blessing.

Banyak juga yg bertanya ke sy. Kalau sy cuma ikut kls body pump aja bagaimana? With my humble opinion 😊. Ikut kls body pump juga bagus kok. (Sy dulu pertama x kenal beban jg ikut kls ini πŸ˜‚. Malah pernah berniat ambil training jd instructur πŸ˜‚. Krn suatu hal mengundurkan diri πŸ˜“). Spy hasil lebih maksimal sebaiknya di+main beban di area weight trainingπŸ€—. Mungkin banyak yg blm tau apa sih body pump itu? Body pump itu adl salah 1 program dr Les mills, biasanya kls ini ada di mega gym saja. 1 kls durasi 60mnt-an. Terdiri dr 10 track. (Warming up, squat, chest, back,triceps,biceps,lunges,shoulders, core dan cooling down). Tiap track durasi 2-5mnt an. 
Kalau ada yg mau tanya2 ttg gym, diet, dll. Sy akan bantu jwb. Silahkan dm saja. Tp maaf slow respon ya πŸ™. Tidak melayani pertanyaan pribadi 😊.

It was one of the first times I wore a bikini in public after my self esteem pretty much crashing and burning and I was lowkey terrified of having people see me. I’m thankful my self image has improved just a little bit over the past few months, because even though I’m still not happy with how I look, I’m trying to focus more on seeing what my body is capable of rather than how it looks. I’m a little nervous posting this, but considering the fact I wouldn’t have even thought of it a few months ago, that’s progress for me 😊

I am very stubborn when I'm sickπŸ€’ I am not good at sitting and letting myself rest because I know how much there is to be done anddd I get stir crazy if I do nothing for too longπŸ™ˆ I let myself sleep in this morning (woke up at 11:30am😱) and rested for a few more hours and watched some football 🏈 before deciding I needed to get up and move a little.
