Today I start my photoshoot prep! I have a photoshoot for Fitness Magazine with @jpatrickphoto. Funny story, last year I told him I would love to have the chance to work with him and now I am actually getting that chance! I have to bring the best me! Attitude, confidence, conditioning. Show prep is intense. Last week I started to notice that I was reaching burnout so I took a short break to recover. 2-hours sessions, 5-6 days per week can take its toll on your mind and body. Today is my first day back and we are officially 6 weeks out. 💪🏾
