Good morning world! 🍓🍓🍓 It’s a beautiful day out there! ☀️ I got to bed pretty late last night as I wasn’t able to let go of my laptop. Yet I woke up with so much motivation to start my day! I’m so excited for everything I’m creating at the moment! ❤️ Now here’s a little breakfast creation I would like to share with you. It’s layered açaí with chia pudding. I buy unsweetened açaí smoothie packs and I normally use half a portion for each açaí bowl that I create. For this yumminess I blended with mixed, frozen berries, about 1/4 avocado for extra creaminess, a little frozen broccoli and spinach (Yes, I sneak in some of my greens in my smoothie bowls too)! You will never taste it, yet you get all the benefits! I add a little extra sweetness to this by using Yakon syrup. I will make a separate post about the benefits of Yakon. For the chia pudding I soaked hemp milk with chia seeds. Then you just layer the two creations and add your desired toppings. I used fresh berries, dried coconut and seeds. You can only achieve what you believe is possible for yourself and by allowing fear to surround your goals you can struggle to realise what you are truly capable of. Exciting goals come from you putting fear and expectations to the side and really thinking about what it is that YOU want to do and create, and how YOU want to feel in your life. These goals fill you with passion and make you feel like you are being pulled to acheive it, so that even when fear creeps in you can continue forward. One of my favourite ways to dream big is to create vision boards as they allow me to get creative and visualise what it is I want to create. So I ask you this...if you allowed yourself to truly dream big what would you put on your vision board? ✨
