Just in case anyone tells you that "fit" people don't eat.

It honestly is a pet peeve when I get told that I "don't eat". Especially struggling to overcome Anorexia before hand.

It's not that healthy or fit people don't eat, it's we know how to and what to eat. Just like you, some have overcome tremendous struggles of being addicted to sugar, fatty foods or fast foods. Not knowing how to meal plan or the frustration of falling off of our good eating habits. 
Just really take that into consideration. Because trust me, I would LOVE to eat icecream and cake all day. every day, but the way my abs are set up...That can't happen as much as I would like lol!

Admit it, you're tired of your blueberry/kale/spinach smoothie. Those seem to be all I see on IG and while they are healthy and delicious, I'm a little tired of them. Try this orange creamsicle smoothie: 2 oranges, almond milk, yogurt, banana, scoop of @vitalproteins collagen peptides, and ice. (Some vanilla protein powder is optional, but it adds to the creaminess). Totally reminds me of those drinks from Orange Julius, but with all the good stuff like vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium, collagen, potassium, and fiber. Drink up! Cheers!!

Low Carb Chocolate Hazelnut Butter⠀

I don't know about you, but I'm a huge fan of hazelnuts.  I buy bags of roasted hazelnuts and eat them by the handful. Throw some chocolate in there and you have an addicting spread you can use as a garnish or simply eat by the spoonful.  This nut butter takes about 15 minutes to make and lasts a good month. ⠀

Ingredients⠀
2 cups roasted hazelnuts (Trader Joe's has them pre-roasted)⠀
1/4 cup coconut oil⠀
6 squares unsweetened chocolate⠀
1/2 tsp salt⠀
2 tbsp powdered Swerve⠀
1 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract⠀
(optional) 1 scoop of Isopure unflavored whey protein isolate⠀

1. Grind hazelnuts in a high powered blender or food processor until fine crumb consistency.⠀
2. Using a water bath, melt chocolate in a bowl. ⠀
3. Add coconut oil to chocolate. Stir to combine.⠀
4. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.⠀
5. Taste and adjust with more sweetener or salt as necessary.

Honestly wish I had a good selfie mirror at home so all my pictures on here weren’t of me sweaty and with no make up but oh well. It reminds me of @fit_and_dedicated post I read earlier about posting st your best angles. If I had started posting pictures with all this make up and everything from the get go then there is no way I would be confident to post pictures with no make up. Posting when you aren’t feeling or looking your best is hard and I still do pose in these pictures. I know one day I’ll be able to post a picture not posed and with my stomach showing but I’m not there yet. That is okay though, I think we can all work on loving our bodies in all shapes they may go through during the day. Always working on loving the one me I was given. 
Amazing thing: I got a box of Cookie Crisp cereal for half off and I’ve never tried it before!🙌💃

Since this last week was a little chaotic & not as much soup got eaten up, I just put the leftovers in freezer bags to save for later. That way we can just unthaw it & heat it up on a stove later rather than waste the leftovers👍🏻 🍅🌶🥕🌽🍛🥗🍵🍅🌶🥕🌽 •3 zucchini •2 bell peppers

Ficou uma delicia, crocante por fora, e por dentro, meu Deus, 🙏🏼 derretia queijo! 
Segue a receita mega fácil, fiz em 10min, foi o tempo de eu chegar em casa morta de canseira, e fazer, fiquei o dia todo fora trabalhando, quando cheguei, morta de fome como de costume, 🤣 fiz, tive medo por ser minha primeira vez fazendo, mas SÉRIO, façam ✨ não me arrependo, e olha que sou chata pra comida e gosto 🙆🏼
Receita:
✔️2 ovos
✔️1xicara de chá de farinha, como faço low carb, usei farinha de coco, mas também pode se usar, farinha de aveia/maracujá/amêndoas..
✔️ 80g de queijo parmesão ralado ✔️Temperos a gosto, usei sal rosa e orégano

Mistura tudo, e por ultimo coloca o fermento. Se a massa não der liga, acrescente água, e vai mexendo até ela encorporar.
Por fim, coloque na forminha de silicone, salpique em cima, semestre (AMO) e mais queijo ❤️, deixe no forno, e vai espetando com o garfo, até ele não sair nada.

I had some leftover eggplant in the fridge so I made #spicyeggplant sooooo yummy. I used to always put so much effort and time into meal planning. I have been so short on time recently so I've been just been buying fruits and veggies without a plan 😮yet it has been so great! I find I can make simpler meals, which saves me time and it still tastes great! I hate to say that we always had food going bad, but I find that I actually waste almost no food now because I focus on using whatever I have in the fridge.
