Crepioca de chocolate + calda fit 0% açúcar. 
Massa: 1 ovo, 2 colheres de sopa de tapioca, 1 colher de cacau 100% peneirado, adoçante em pó ou líquido (opcional). Óleo de coco para untar a frigideira. 
Calda: meia colher de sopa de manteiga ou margarina de sua preferência, leite 0% lactose e 0% gordura, cacau 100%, leite em pó 0% lactose e 0% gordura, adoçante em pó e baunilha a gosto.

Dica: deixe a manteiga derreter, coloque o leite líquido depois os demais ingredientes para não queimar a calda 😉

Долгое время я себя этого лишала, но решила, что если в моем рецепте счастья одним из пунктов является готовка, то пусть она тогда будет здоровой и правильной

Готовлю то, чем потом не объемся и чем буду лишь изредка смаковать. Готовка как процесс, чтобы усмирить своего внутреннего поваренка 😂

У меня нет хорошей камеры или телефона с хорошей камерой, я не умею в принципе делать красивые фото и обрабатывать их, нооо. На фото крекеры, которые просто идеально подойдут для каких-нибудь паст, густых супов, либо в качестве "срочно что-то грызануть"

Тёмные из льняной муки, а светлые из обычной пшеничной (да, да, не совсем полезной). Может быть кто-то посмотрит и подумает "и че, выглядит так себе". Но я могу ответить только, что лично я не красоты ради делаю. Хотя могла бы нарыть где-то хорошую камеру, украшения ради засыпать все кунжутом, невзирая на то, что был бы уже перебор. Но нет.... Они добавлением перемолотых в муку семян льна, конопли, семечек, оливкового масла холодного отжима и специй 💜💜 получилось интересно и опять же - сколько пользы 🍀. Хочу сделать такие же только из цельнозерновой муки

Хью одну уже опробовала, теперь ходит вокруг стола и хочет ещё. Ей они явно нравятся больше, чем её собачье печенье

I went from being afraid to eat once or even less than once a day to eating 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks.  When restricting calories I would look thin, my weight would be a hair lower, but I would feel so bloated and exhausted. I am only a week into the new diet / healthy living lifestyle, but I’m loving it so far. Been doing flexibity stretching everyday and just started doing light workouts at home planning to amp them up. Sorry if all the foodie photos are annoying, but I used to be scared of food, so being able to eat all these meals and feel great just blows my mind.

Fit Food for those who demand great tastes and be in fantastic shape.

Crab cakes are a popular dinner special at many seafood restaurants for good reason - they taste awesome. In this take on the classic crab cake, we've used prawns instead of crab. Paired with Portobello Pizzas (anytime) or Curry Coconut Chickpeas (post-workout), this is a great dinner surprise whether dining alone or with guests.

Prep time: 10mins.	Cook time: 15mins.

INGREDIENTS
12 oz	Chilled prawns (raw, peeled, 340g)
1/4 cup	Leeks (sliced)
1/2 cup	Mushrooms (sliced)
2 tbsp	Coconut milk
2		Egg whites
2 tsp	Fresh garlic (minced)
1 tbsp	Fresh coriander (chopped)
1/4 tsp	Salt
1/4 tsp	Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Dry any moisture from the prawns with a paper towel and return to the fridge. Preheat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, lightly coat with spray and add the leeks and mushrooms. Saute until the leeks are lightly browned . Remove mixture from pan and completely chill in the fridge. Add all the ingredients, including the prawns, to a food processor and puree until combined, but not smooth. Preheat oven to 350°F. Preheat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, lightly coat with spray. Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture into your hands and form into round cakes approximately 2 inch diameter by 3/4 inch. Add to pan, leaving a little room in between each cake. Saute until lightly browned, flip and then brown the other side (2-3 minutes per side). Transfer to a baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake until cooked through (8-10 minutes). Serve and enjoy. Serves 4. .

I made this cashew cream to go with the vegan chocolate cake but typical me made too much. So with some extra orange pulp I mixed the cashews together with some honey and vanilla and its delicious.  Cashew cream is just a cup of raw cashews soaked in water over night and then blitzed in a food processor until smooth. You can add fresh blueberries or just a tsp honey and vanilla as a healthy vegan dessert or to go with cake. .

Сегодня читала в интернете статью, называется 15 вещей,  которые сделают вас счастливой. Проанализировала свою счастливость по пунктам))
1. Улыбаться. Ну это пожалуйста, каждый день практически,  иногда даже ржу) 
2. Заниматься спортом. Бывает) 
3. Пить воду. (т9 написал водку, он знает толк в веселье😂) есть.
4. Высыпаться. Ммм... Ну в основном да😊
5. Ходить пешком. Хожу😅
6. Тренировать ум. Ну тут проблема,  конечно😂 решать задачки,  кроссворды,  учить стихи мне менее интересно,  чем смотреть сериалы, играть в свою ферму, ну или на крайний случай, почитать книжку🙁 печаль
7. Лентяйничать. Это хоть каждый день. Это прям моё😂
8. Разбирать завалы. Этим я занимаюсь регулярно,  особенно,  если на несколько дней уезжаю, потом завалов хоть отбавляй😂😂
9. Читайте. Читаю. Инстаграм😅, по работе что-то,  а так, книжку в руки около месяца не брала, хотя у меня висит довольно интересная книженция🙁опять же печаль. 
10. Ведите дневник. Это есть☺ мой профиль моя любовная любовь😍
11. Бесполезное дело. Этот пункт подразумевает что вы научитесь чему-то, что считаете ненужным или глупым. Вот сам пункт глупый какой-то😊
12. Кривляться. Не люблю.
13. Благодарить. (пишут благодарить надо за каждый прожитый день, за удачи и неудачи, за людей,  за то,  что живете)  Для этого надо постичь дзен. Я не умею так чёт🤔
14.быть вежливой. Я вежливая. Наверное☺

Ingredients:

- 2 sweet potatoes
.
- 1/4 red onion
.
- 4 garlic cloves .
.
- 6 turkey sausages (I used honey garlic)
.
- handful of white mushrooms .
.
- desired amount of Brussels sprouts (not everyone loves them 😝)
.
- 1/2 zucchini .
.
- 1 red pepper (or any colour of your choice)
.
- oregano .
.
- black pepper
.
- olive oil
.
.
Cut all ingredients into chunks, and place on baking sheet. Nothing needs to be pre-cooked. Add olive oil over top and spread throughout. Sprinkle desired amount of oregano and black pepper. 
Cook on 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Some ovens cook faster than others so make sure to keep an eye on it after about 35 minutes.

Such a nice simple lunch. I made chicken broth overnight from a chicken I roasted, then harvested radish greens from one of my luobo radish plants in the garden (I quick pickled the luobo). We shredded some of the chicken and added the radish greens, green pepper and some black pepper. We ate with the caramelized onion and roasted garlic risotto and fish sauce-roasted brussels sprouts I made the other day. #SundayDinner inspiration! Cauliflower 🐔 Pot Pie!!! Makes 4 servings
Each serving provides:
1 leaner protein
3 green
3 condiments
All ingredients:
4 cups Cauliflower
3 tbsp reduced fat Parmesan cheese
1 Egg
1/2 cup cooked leeks
1 1/2 cups Chicken broth
1/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1.5 cup Mixed vegetables, frozen
24 oz Chicken, cooked
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tbsp almond flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Rice the cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until you achieve a rice-like consistency. Transfer cauliflower "rice" to a bowl and microwave for 5 minutes. Set aside and allow cauliflower to cool for approx 10 min.
Add the cauliflower rice to a cheesecloth and squeeze out as much of the juice from the cauliflower as possible. . Once you have done a round with the cheesecloth. Repeat with another dry cheesecloth to ensure you have removed a majority of the liquid.
Add the dried cauliflower rice to a bowl with the egg, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Using your hands, combine all of the ingredients thoroughly. Spray a large muffin pan or 4 ramekins and gently press the cauliflower mixture to the sides, creating a cauliflower bowl. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centers are dry and the edges are golden brown.
While the cauliflower bases are in the oven, spray a medium saucepan with cooking spray and saute the leeks on high heat until slightly tender. Reduce heat to medium and add the chicken broth, almond milk, mixed vegetables, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Stir and cover for approx 5-8 minutes or until frozen vegetables are soft.
Mix the almond flour with the water to make a slurry and add to the sauce with the cooked chicken. Stir in the almond flour mixture and increase heat to high and cook until sauce begins to boil. Remove from heat.
Fill each cauliflower base with the pot pie filling and serve!
