Nothing ever good happens before that first cup in the morning am I right!!? Raise your hand if you put more creamer then coffee in your cup!? 🙋🏼 That was me a few months ago!! I gradually cut it out and replaced it with almond milk! Yup, it tasted like shit for the longest time but eventually I developed a taste for it! 😂So if your trying to make your coffee a little bit healthier, stick with it you'll get there! There are different paths that an owner can choose, such as: brushing your cats teeth daily, teeth cleaning dry food, teeth cleaning treats and vet dental cleanings. Because I eat a specific food for my digestion, I cannot take the easy route and my ex-owner did not brush my teeth for over 8 years. CASHEW COFFEE!! ☕☕☕ A good friend suggested I try this so I gave it a whirl!! I tweaked the recipe slightly just to reduce the calories a bit, but it was really yummy!! Yesterday afternoon i was DRAGGING but i didn't want to chug a ton of caffeine or sugar.  With the fat and nutrients from the cashews this makes a great little 125 calorie snack to get rid of afternoon hunger snack attack with a little lift for those days when you really need it!! ☕☕☕

Stevia for a bit of sweetness
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon

Blend everything in a high speed blender like a @vitamix.  Start with a low speed and increases slowly.  Hot liquids in the blender can explode!  Blend for 45-60 seconds to get it really frothy!  Pour into your fave mug and sprinkle with cinnamon!!! Yum!!!

Tulang merupakan salah satu penopang utama tubuh kita yang memiliki berbagai fungsi penting. Salah satu upaya yang bisa  dilakukan untuk menjaga kesehatan tulang adalah dengan memperhatikan makanan yang dikonsumsi. 
1. Produk susu
Susu dan berbagai produknya memang makanan yang terbaik buat tulang. Baik susu murni, yoghurt, dan keju semuanya tinggi kalsium, terlebih saat sekarang ini banyak susu maupun produk susu yang sudah difortifikasi dengan vitamin D, jadi manfaatnya double-double buat tulang.

2. Ikan
Ikan laut seperti ikan sarden, kembung, tuna dan salmon (dengan tulang) mengandung tinggi kalsium dan vitamin D yang baik buat kesehatan tulang.

3. Sayur dan Buah-buahan
Berbagai sayuran dan buah juga mengandung kalsium, meskipun tidak setinggi produk hewani. 
4. Makanan berfortifikasi kalsium dan vitamin D
Fortifikasi adalah penambahan suatu zat gizi tertentu pada makanan atau minuman untuk meningkatkan nilai gizinya. Beberapa contoh produk makanan yang difortifikasi dengan kalsium yaitu jus kemasan, sari kedelai, sereal, snack, dan roti.

5. Kacang-kacangan
Beberapa produk kacang-kacangan tinggi akan kalsium, magnesium, dan berbagai zat gizi lain. Namun, kacang-kacangan juga mengandung asam fitat yang dapat menghambat tubuh menyerap kalsium, solusinya dengan merendam kacang-kacangan tersebut dalam air selama beberapa jam sebelum dimasak.

6. Daging dan produk hewani tinggi protein
Asupan kalsium harian sebaiknya tidak kurang maupun berlebihan. Pastikan mengasup sesuai kebutuhan harian yang direkomendasikan. Kelebihan asupan protein juga menjadi salah satu faktor dari kurangnya kalsium yang diserap tubuh. Pastikan mengonsumsi cukup kalsium maupun protein, dan tidak berlebihan diantara keduanya.

7. Makanan yang diasinkan
Ternyata makanan yang banyak mengandung garam bisa menyebabkan tubuh kehilangan kalsium dan berujung pada menurunnya kepadatan mineral tulang. Batasi makanan yang mengandung tinggi garam seperti makanan kalengan, makanan yang diolah kembali, atau makanan yang diasinkan. Makanan dalam kategori tinggi garam jika pada label gizi kandungan sodium/natrium lebih dari 20%.

When school started in August I could barely wake up early 1 day a week for my workout. And that made my already crazy evening crazier. And I didn't have the morning energy I needed.

Each week has gotten easier and I've  added more morning workouts. 
This week I'm proud to say that I made it ALL 5 days!!! And I've officially lost 2 pounds!
