Health Tip : "Red wine for skin"
Which red wine is good for you..?
Merlot, a medium-bodied wine, is made from blue-colored grapes. Red wines with more of a dry flavor profile, like cabernets, boast higher levels of flavonoids—an antioxidant that's been shown to promote healthy cholesterol levels and help prevent coronary heart disease.
Red wine for skin..?
Red wine helps us age better. “It is really good for skin and in fact, prevents ageing of skin. Red wine is packed with antioxidants like flavonoid, resveratrol and tannin which help fight ageing by restoring collagen and elastic fibers”
Note: There are many alternative you to prevent ageing of skin(Eg: Dark chocolate) the picture made above is for your general knowledge we don't recommend drinking as it may have disadvantage also.

Eating a gf protein pumpkin scone topped with fig & ginger spice almond butter... am I Fall-ing yet? (Can we make that a verb)💁🏻🎃🍂😜 •
Grab the healthy and delicious pumpkin scone recipe from @lauraleabalanced, thanks @thehealthmason for the recommendation👌🏼I made a few substitutions: I didn't use honey like the recipe called for so there's practically no sugar in these! I also added in vegan protein powder and @rootandbones chaga, cordeceps, & reishi 👌🏼
Nothing ever good happens before that first cup in the morning am I right!!? Raise your hand if you put more creamer then coffee in your cup!? 🙋🏼 That was me a few months ago!! I gradually cut it out and replaced it with almond milk! Yup, it tasted like shit for the longest time but eventually I developed a taste for it! 😂So if your trying to make your coffee a little bit healthier, stick with it you'll get there! I want to know though...how many of you are able to drink it black!? Was it a gradual switch like I did with the creamer or did you just drink it like that from the start!? I don't ever think I'll be on that level....ever 😝
Do you struggle with your diet or nutrition plan and being at a bar or restaurant!?!? .

Ok ok not all Bloody Mary's are made equal but this one looks amazing and I will include the recipe below. A normal Bloody Mary can be as low as 130 calories and actually packed with Vitamin A and C and fills you up as well. A mimosa is generally more calories so....
Comment below with a random emoji if you would like to receive my free guide to a Healthier Tipsy Time❤️🍺🍷🍸 .

CASHEW COFFEE!! ☕☕☕ A good friend suggested I try this so I gave it a whirl!! I tweaked the recipe slightly just to reduce the calories a bit, but it was really yummy!! Yesterday afternoon i was DRAGGING but i didn't want to chug a ton of caffeine or sugar. With the fat and nutrients from the cashews this makes a great little 125 calorie snack to get rid of afternoon hunger snack attack with a little lift for those days when you really need it!! ☕☕☕
8 oz hot coffee
2 Tbls cashews (=1/8 cup or .75 oz)
Pinch of salt
Stevia for a bit of sweetness
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon
Blend everything in a high speed blender like a @vitamix. Start with a low speed and increases slowly. Hot liquids in the blender can explode! Blend for 45-60 seconds to get it really frothy! Pour into your fave mug and sprinkle with cinnamon!!! Yum!!!

How I get through my days...without hurting others 😉 Most of you know the superpower of coffee but YL essential oils are life changing, I cannot imagine life without either of these things 🤗 #coffee#essentialoils#Repost @idaho_urban_designs

TAHU NGGAK SIH?
Seated cable row
Sometimes called a low row.
Be careful as you reach forward to grab the handle (use your legs to get yourself into position). Before you begin, sit upright with your knees slightly bent.
Squeeze your shoulders back before you bend your arms, then pull the handle to your belly.
As you release the handle and straighten arms, remain seated upright.
Don’t round your back as you reach forward. This can injure both your lower back and shoulder rotators.
You can, however, incline your torso slightly forward and keep shoulders down to stretch lats.
As you pull toward your chest, lift the chest forward, contract the abdominals, and keep your elbows close to your torso, as if you wanted to touch them together behind your back.

Small steps each day/week lead to big results.
When school started in August I could barely wake up early 1 day a week for my workout. And that made my already crazy evening crazier. And I didn't have the morning energy I needed.
Each week has gotten easier and I've added more morning workouts.
This week I'm proud to say that I made it ALL 5 days!!! And I've officially lost 2 pounds!
3 reasons I start each day with the perfect fuel- fresh fruit: high water content to keep well hydrated, fiber to keep feeling my best (great for digestion) plus a healthy dose of vitamins + minerals 👌 Not to mention, it's sweet, satisfying & delicious! No better way to start the day 😋
Olive trees (Olea europaea) are in fruit all over the inner west! Did you know that olive trees are some of the oldest trees in the world? A handful of trees in the Mediterranean have been identified as being more than 2000 years old. These bountiful plants have so many helpful applications. Its oil is great for cooking (add to salad dressings, dips and when sautéing vegetables) - it's also a great toxin-free massage oil and moisturiser . Make sure you always purchase Extra Virgin Olive Oil as its extraction process helps to retain all its healthy polyphenol goodies.
The leaves have also been shown to have antioxidant and have a protective effect on the heart❤️, blood vessels even your blood sugar levels - what a marvellous tree!
Olive oil contains nutrients that can fight inflammation. This includes oleic acid, as well as the antioxidant oleocanthal.
Chronic inflammation is thought to be among the leading drivers of many diseases like cancer, cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, Alzheimer's, arthritis and even obesity.
Therefore include olive oil in your diet, when cooking or making salads. #olivegreen#oliveoil#olivehealthy#olivehealing
