Morning pick me up. •
Can’t say enough about these capsules and the chewables.
The past month has been quite tasking and my immune system has held up whereas in the past I would have been sneezing and sniffling all over the place. •
Never going a day without them! 🍇🥒🍒🥕
Sezon dyniowy w pełni. A u mnie pyszne pumpkin spice latte :) w wersji nieco zdrowszej niz w sieciowce :)
✅ łyżka puree z dyni
✅ mleko migdałowe
✅ słodzidło (u mnie erytrytol)
✅ smietanka kokosowa
Dynie, słodzik i mleko podgrzewamy w rondelku, dolewamy do kawy i dekorujemy śmietanką.
Maybe you know exactly what it is you dream of being, or maybe you’re paralyzed because you have no idea what your passion is. The truth is, it doesn’t matter. You don’t have to know. You just have to keep moving forward. You just have to keep doing something, seizing the next opportunity, staying open to trying something new. It doesn’t have to fit your version of the perfect job or the perfect life. Perfect is boring. And dreams are not real. Just.....DO! 💕Shonda Rhimes
We’re all pretty pumped about this new summer menu launching tomorrow. It’s meant a lot of brainstorming, taste testing and staff catch ups but we think we’ve nailed it. We’re looking forward to see what you all love & think about it. ❤️ the some-day team (*please note some very important contenders missing from this shot)

Took a little detox from social media this past week so that I could recharge a bit in the kitchen by making lots of good food, such as this carrot cake from the Pure Feast blog. I even took the time to make a frosting for it out of pureed sweet potato, maple syrup, vanilla and coconut oil. It turned out really good. 👌🏻
