My life has been a whirlwind of a journey the past year! Lots of change. Change can be tough…but without those challenges in life.. we lose the opportunity for growth! *
I once read that if we’re not growing we’re dying. So how do we deal with the challenges that life presents to you & learn from them? What I found works for me is listening or reading personal development books & meditation. I use to read a lot of PD in may 20’s, then sort of fell out of step with it in my 30’s. *
The past few years had me second guessing myself. Being in an unhealthy, unhappy marriage led me down a dark path. Meditation & PD (personal development) helped me once again. It had me reevaluating my life, opening my eyes to other possibilities! This time it presented itself in the form of coaching. Yep! A friend of mine that I met online reached out to me & asked me to join her in helping others live happier/healthier lives. It took me a while before I dove in. I wish I had done it sooner! Coaching has revealed a lot to me about myself. About bettering myself so that I may be present to help others. All of my ladies inspire me to be a better person & not just physically ( thats just the tip of the iceberg!) I’ve become more confident, empathetic, giving, loving, spiritually in tune. *
Today I am so grateful for the ability to see outside of the box. Being able to keep an open mind & more importantly.. keeping an open HEART ❤️ *

So big announcement about my exciting new venture….founding UK Beachboy Coach! I feel so very lucky that i am a part of this amazing opportunity, Beachboy has finally arrived in the UK as of today & i get to be a part of it!! I thought I would tell you a bit about myself & why I chose to do this.
I have been into health & fitness for quite a while now….in the past I dabbled…but about 5 years ago i injured my spine & I lost the sensation & functionality in part of my left leg. This really shook me & I vowed to myself to do whatever it takes to make my self fit & strong. So the past 5 years have been a real journey with a couple of operations along the way to hinder my progress…but i have come out of it smiling, fit, healthy & happy!
During this time I was also running my own catering company & delicatessen which was very demanding with long hours. It is hard sometimes to motivate yourself to get to the gym & go run aimlessly on a treadmill…this is why I love beach body…you can access the workouts anywhere via your phone, tablet, computer…basically anywhere you have an internet connection. You can do your workouts from home or down the park with a few friends, as we all know exercising as a group is great fun!
What i love the most about being a beach body coach is that i can inspire & help others around me achieve their fitness goals, whether it’s shifting that baby weight, feeling stronger, post holiday bloat or just embarking on a journey to a healthier you it is all possible with the right support network & amazing tools to help you. Or maybe you like the idea of inspiring others then you too can become a beach body coach.
There is so much that beach body have: amazing workouts from country & western dance to hip hop cardio to insanity to yoga to pregnancy friendly work outs with fabulous nutritional shakes & the piece de resistance is i am here to coach you along the way…I can’t wait to get started.

Cut up your favorite fruit into slices, warm up some nut butter (almond, cashew, peanut, or even sunflower!) and drizzle it over the fruit. Top with a sprinkle of chia seeds and bon appétit! .

Today we're looking to help you strengthen your core, and add a little bit of cardio. Coach @jcgordontirado brings you a great combo workout for the core that you can do anywhere:
1 minute plank
10-20 no push-up burpees.
Grab a dumbbell and a loop resistance band and let's get to work!
Perform each exercise in the video for 30 seconds. Complete a total of 3 sets with 15 seconds of rest in between each set. And be sure to keep that core nice and tight during each exercise. You in?
Note: It is totally fine if you don't have a loop resistance band - you can still get in an effective workout without it 🤗💪🏽

Awesome cardio workout with my friend @johanarojas7998! 🔥Do any of the moves for 30 sec - 2 minutes (as long as you can-get your ❤️ pumping) followed by 10-30 sec recovery. Complete anough rounds to Total at 15-20 minutes. During recovery, 💥I suggest Ab exercises to make the most of your time. These cardio bursts can also be implemented with your weight training exercises in other routines. always have fun🤗
