A short video from my drops set during my legs session @xsportfitness a few days ago! I was suppose to train legs today but I did 10 sets of leg extensions, 5 sets of hack squats, 4 sets of walking lunges and 4 sets of front squats the other day and I was still feeling my quads today so worked my chest. Will get a proper leg session again tomorrow. Lesson to be learned here is ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR BODY IF IT NEEDS AN EXTRA DAY GIVE IT THAT TIME TO RECOVER! And then when you do work that muscle group....F&$KING KILL IT!!
