It's Friday and I officially finished Insanity Max 30 today! I will be posting result pics later this weekend, but I wanted to make a quick pay because I couldn't be more proud of what I've accomplished over the past 60 days. At times it was super hard to push and I wanted to throw my computer across the room. I sweat, I yelled, I cried (yes I did), I groaned, I laughed, I died- but most importantly I had fun through the process. I feel stronger than I've ever felt before and more confident in my physical and mental capabilities than I did when I started, which is exactly why I started this journey- to become a better version of myself. Morgan had a Cub Discovery day today which means Mia and I went too! Morgan got upset during their performance and it threw her whole mood off... It threw my mood off too. When we got home I didn’t want to do it. I told myself I’ll do it later and plopped myself on the couch to snuggle with my girls... I finally realized if I don’t get my bum off the couch I wasn’t going to end up doing it! So here I am, 30 minutes later (ok, ok... 38 with a short break to feed Mia and change her diaper) and I’m feeling better. That sluggish feeling is gone and my head is more clear. Oh thank goodness!!

What would you say if you can get a gift and build a business at the same time. Yes I’m not talking rubbish. 🙏🏼 We are living proof of this. We see results, we see our health and fitness get better. And we get to build a business that works in our own time. We both have full time jobs and still manage to run a business. Some may say they have no time, but is easy. 👊🏻 I was just like you. I kept saying I have no time and had all the excuses. But then I just did it. We invested in us not by huge amounts of cash, by simply wanting to build something that will make a difference and help others around us. And guess what it’s working. 😊
I can’t tell you how easy this is. It’s Not Pyramid Scheme I would never do this and it’s not allowed. 🚨🙅🏼♀️ We are all talking about helping others, so why don’t we do this together? 🤔

I’ve had two sick 😷 kiddos this week and have been awake and roaming my house for most of the night each night going from one little boy bed to the next. It hasn’t been easy and oh yes, my hubby has been gone too. 🙄
I took yesterday as a rest day. I always say you have to listen to your body and yesterday I was much too exhausted to workout. Today on the other hand, I was still tired but need to sweat. 💦 It’s funny how your body gets used to working out 🏋️ and even craves it. This morning was a tough workout and I needed to get it done early as we are setting off for a quick road trip. 🚘
Listen, I know that most of us set New Years 🤔 resolutions to get healthy. I did it every year and every year by the time mid February rolled around - I had given up. 😩I know that feeling of being defeated and saying “why bother”. This year has been very different for me and 2018 can be different for you. 😊

Came back from baby’s boys Christmas party at his school and straight to my workout. Insanity Max 30 it is....starting this program again! Feeling soooo GOOD!

Early morning session doing #InsanityMax30 with my Ry Ry and last night's pizza and meatball sub, while we were out enjoying Christmas lights , was a #badchoice 🤢😥. #Omg , I use to think what I ate didn't affect my work out or day to day life, I was delusional.
I feel a major difference and VERY motivated to clean it up and feel like the amazing version of myself and not this #lethargicmess .
I get cravings and I choose to induldge sometimes.#allaboutthatbalance
But now that I know how incredible food can make me feel, and how horrible it can also make me feel, my cravings for the stuff that doesn't fuel me well, are few and far between.

I’m not going to lie: You WILL hear a voice telling you that you arnt strong enough, you are to tired, and you don’t deserve to succeed. I can’t tell you you will always be able to shut up that voice. BUT I can tell you it’s wrong. I can tell you that you are able to drown out that voice with the sound of your own heart beat. I can tell you there is ALWAYS someone there for you ready to reach into your darkness and pull you back. #digdeep with in yourself, find your heart beat, and never stop growing.
I'm soooo grateful for this man! I woke up today and realized our Roku remote wasn't upstairs. Lover boy set it up in the basement for me so I can have my own space for my workouts (see my IG story)! I loved being able to crank up music and JUMP without worrying about waking him up! I can't wait to move my weights, bands and sliders down there too

I’ve insulated my mid section REALLY well these last few weeks/months, and am working on staying on top of some Daily habits (getting in my daily sweat sesh, downing some superfoods, eating for fuel, & plenty h2O) to start shedding the extra fluff 🐑.
Cause In January I’m starting a new program that will tone and trim my booty, abs & arms 🍑💪🏻 I’m scared AF because it’s an 80 day program, but I’m ALWAYS up for a challenge😉😉.
& because accountability with friends is fun😍 I’d love some friends (THAT MEANS YOU!) to join me!
