After sleeping 15hrs, waking up super sore, and this head cold that will not go away I decided to already use one of my rest days. I also work a 12hr night shift tonight and tomorrow so I didn’t want to over due it. Hoping to get workout two in after work in the morning 🤞🏼. I typically like to use my two rest days on the weekend but so much for that 🤷🏻♀️.
