Beautiful menu for a new client
BREAKFAST-Oats with chia, sunflower seeds, dates, currents, , flax, hemp, cinnamon, . With raspberry and bananas.
LUNCH-Kale salad with: pumpkin seeds, quinoa, chickpeas, edamame, cranberries, grilled chicken breast, carrots, hard boiled egg, and a delicious Raspberry vinaigrette!!
SNACK- broccoli, egg white, and sweet potato mini quiches. With goat cheese.
DINNER- beef peanut stir-fry on rice noodles.
BREAKFAST- the same but swap fruit for strawberries and blueberries.
LUNCH- spinach salad with: quinoa bites, red onion, olives, feta, red pepper, edamame, chickpeas, hard boiled egg, carrots, walnuts, with a Greek feta vinaigrette!!! SNACK- protein packed pea crips, with dates, and peanuts in the shell.
DINNER: Brown rice + quinoa with: edamame, beets, sweet potato, grilled chicken breast, boiled egg and roasted cauliflower. With two sauce a lemon poppyseed and Chipotle mayo.

This is my current physique, am I we're I want to be yet? no! Am I happy with the changes/progress I've made so far? Absolutely!
I know it's hard to look at the bigger picture and how far you have come with Weight loss. Everyone has there goals, and it's up to you to be happy with where you are. Can we just talk about something for a hot second?! Talk about TIME!! ⚡️ You know.. that thing that NO ONE ever seems to have any of?! Well, I'm going to get a little raw and real and give a little tough love here this morning! ✌🏼 It's never that you don't have the TIME.. it's that it's not IMPORTANT to you.. or that your binge watching Netflix and thinking that's being productive.. or your going out every night drinking and rolling out of bed just in time to brush your teeth and run out the door.. SOOO... when you tell me you don't have TIME... I'm calling BULLS@$!T 🤘🏼 Over the past couple years, I have attracted so many people into my life that are like minded thinkers... some of the busiest people I know and the one thing they all have in common is that they don't MAKE EXCUSES.
They ALWAYS have the TIME to focus on themselves, focus on others and focus on the goals that are a priority to them! 🙏
So when you tell me you don't have the TIME to focus on yourself.. I'm going to be calling you at 4am to come and crush a workout with me.. 🤸🏼♀️ Your mind is a powerful tool, so stop telling yourself that your "don't have something" and start listing all the reasons why you "CAN" have those things! ✌🏼 .
You guys, if you haven’t checked out @immersefloatspa yet you seriously need to! I’ve had a couple of floats and just had my first osteopath session with @matt_spruce_ and wow! Just wow! I feel limber and loose and can’t wait to get back next week.

About last night....... .
Its nice to have someone to work out with sometimes. I am pretty much the only one that works out consistently in our home. Different people have different priorities, which is fine but don't use that as an excuse to not look after yourself. .
@malasia.liston was getting into such a great routine and really starting show growth, then ended up with a sprained ankle - so she worked shoulders👊
I guess you could say it was a pretty productive day😀😀 Honestly couldn't be feeling so much at ease without these 2 wonder women.
Starting a new business venture/changing my existing one to better equip me in helping women #findyourstrong . .
I have anticipated this for years truthfully and simply needed the right direction and expertise to guide me. .
