El lassi es un licuado típico en #india , hecho a base de yogurt casero (y aquí además lo condensamos, para que sea más espeso! 🤩) y frutas a gusto.
Nuestro lassi está hecho con frutos rojos orgánicos de la #Patagonia y se sienten todas las semillas de las #frambuesas como recién cosechadas!

There is a window in my father's room that overlooks the mountains. He spends hours there writing beautiful poetry. A scientist by profession and a self taught homeopath he wears many hats. Despite being retired he is always pressed for time as he says he still has too much to accomplish.
He lost both his parents at the age of three during partition and is a self made man. He worked hard and gave my sister and me the best possible education. When I was younger and all my aunt's pressed him to get me married, he sent me away from home. I studied, worked, travelled and chose a life partner of my choice. I now realise I would never have been half the woman I am today had my father not raised me to be fiercely independent.
Today he celebrates his birthday. Well not really celebrate for I just called him and like every year he had no recollection of his birthday. I knew he was sitting by the window with a cup of coffee and a billion thoughts and ideas not wanting to be disturbed.
My simple thali today has all my dad's favourites. He loves it when I visit and fix a meal for him and always tells me that my food has the same magic his mother's and older sister's had. By far a compliment closest to my heart.
From left, tangy cucumber salad, red and white cabbage stir fried with chillies and mustard seeds and finished with lime and coconut, plain yogurt with rock salt cumin powder and red chilly powder, mint chutney and gooseberry. Served with Akki Roti (glutenfree bread made with rice flour).

It’s been a while since I paid a visit to @chefniven’s @gheemiami, and his second location in Midtown/Design District is just as amazing. They have recently started lunch service with daily tiffin lunch concept, which is fun, fast, and delicious. 🥛인도의 요거트같은 음료 라씨. 선화언니가 카톡을 보냈다. 지은아 진짜 인도라씨는 달라? 이 질문 전 까지 먹었던 라씨는 그냥 라씨였다. 그리고 이 카톡을 받고 바로 유명한곳으로 가서 라씨를 먹었고 진짜 개썅존맛탱이었다.
🥛제일 유명한 곳은 문을 닫아 그 옆집으로 갔다. 나중에 먹어보니 유명맛집보다 여기가 더 맛있었고, 산그람(부바네스와르,인도 동부출신)은 인생 라씨라며 극찬했다.
🥛첫번째 사진은 우다이푸르에서 내가 맛집이라고 바득바득 우겨서 먹었던 라씨. 아디티야가 토할것같다고 했다. 나머지 사진들이 그 맛집 옆집ㅋㅋ
🥛내가 자이푸르로 서프라이즈 방문한날 웰컴주스로, 산그람의 서프라이즈에 웰컴주스로, 그리고 혼자 가서 10초만에 원샷으로 많이도 마셨다.
