Have been doing some reflecting today. After every high there inevitably comes a low...but it’s what you do at the low points that define you. Today I’ve been thinking about the people who told me it ‘wasn't’ possible. When things get hard theirs are the first voices you hear aren’t they?
But wherever you are on your personal journey take a sec to look back to where you started and remember why you haven’t given up. Don’t concentrate on not being able to see the woods for the trees, instead take a look at the path you’ve already carved out of a forest to get to where you are now.
Right back at the beginning are those people that said you couldn’t do it. Still in their own little bubble, taking the comfortable choice and shaking their head at your boldness. You could carry on down your path, start hitting some higher ground and shout back down ‘look at me now’. But look back again and you may just see some people making their way along the path you made.
When it’s feeling really hard, don’t turn inwards, look outwards. Your journey isn’t just for you. You might not realise it but every right choice, every bold action, you’re inspiring others, you’re setting an example and you’re helping them get unstuck.
So today when it’s feeling hard I’m going to do just that. Going live later with some littles gems for you all and reminding you that the links in my bio to my free group, full of free meal plans, free workouts and free support.
Big love to you all; Keep on keeping on! 😘💪🏻✨
Let's have a moment of silence. One hour before this shoot, @electroglow dared me to eat part of a ghost pepper... I dipped it in a little hot sauce for good measure. That's when life flashed before my eyes. I'm lucky to be alive 🤣😜
