**** Frittata with Tuna & Quark Stuffed Baby Peppers*** Frittata:
3 full eggs
3 egg whites
Dash of milk
All the veg 😍
Turmeric, parsley, salt and pepper.
Low low grated cheese.
Sautee the veg, then add to a lined cake tin or baking dish.
Mix the eggs, milk and seasoning together and add to the baking dish.
Bake at 180degrees.
Just before it's set add some pesto to the top. Then sprinkle with cheese and pop it back in for a few mins to let it set.
Tuna & Quark Stuffed Baby Peppers:
Tuna in spring water
Diced red onion
Low fat quark
Baby mixed peppers topped and halved.
Mix altogether and pop the mix into the peppers!
