• SA arm slide twists.
• Plank walkouts.
• SL mountain climbers
• Plank pikes.
• Reverse crunch hold
• Oblique crunches
Reps : 15/12/10
Rest : 60 secs
👉🏼 Start with 15 reps of each exercise (on single arm/leg exercises it’s 15 each) then take 60 seconds rest, repeat exercises for 12 reps, rest again before completing your last round for 10 reps of each 💪🏼
