Started the deadlift programme credited to @eddycoan today. Top double of 162.5kg (75% of target), then 8 sets of 3 speed deads at 130kg (60% of target), then onto back circuits and finished with heavy ab work. Also began with smolov jr W2D3 - which I couldn't complete without the help of  @mbslingshot for the last 4 sets of 8. Perhaps running Cowboy/Smolov jr/Coan simultaneously was a bad idea 🤔! Although my bench is flying up. Noch eine kleine #trx Übung von gestern, die mir noch unbekannt war. Ist ganz schön anstrengend 😅💪🏽 für Anfänger ist es wichtig die einfachen Grundübungen mit am besten mit 3 Sätzen und vielen Wiederholungen zu machen so um die 20 Wiederholungen, um den Muskel an die Bewegung zu gewöhnen. Fortgeschrittene können die schwereren Übungen mit 3 Sätzen und 10-15 Wiederholungen machen. #trxtraining ist super um Verletzungen vorzubeugen wie zum Beispiel Bandscheibenvorfälle, Hexenschüsse.. Dadurch das das Training sehr wackelig ist werden die tiefliegenden Muskeln trainiert und das sind die Muskeln die uns schützen 😊👌🏾

Top set today of 3 @150kg. Feeling smooth. Halfway through realised the PT behind me training his client was commentating! Appreciate the kind words and also the reminder to breathe, which would have made the last rep easier for sure. Got my 8rm Test in a few days... thinking of 145kg... which is my old PR. If you want your squats to improve my advice is VOLUME! Getting back into my grove, the target is 200kg by end of cycle. 10 weeks out.... only hitting what I feel is easy, don't want to go any closer to max for a while as still feeling the stiffness from volume.
