"I'm dano "aka" coach D, I'm from Mexico and I'm 26 years old. All my life has been surrounded by sports, my dad induced me and my brother to play basketball and when I grew up I switched to play waterpolo.鉅鉅

I had my first experience with TRX in 2011 when one of my brothers (rip) took me to my first course and since then I felt in love about all the magnificent things I can do with this suspension training. He was my best inspiration for it. My goal in life is to spread the sports culture all over the world if I could. Teaching how to perform better, coach better, but the most important thing is to stay healthy for longer.鉅鉅

#trxmondaymove is one of my favorite TRX鈥檚 exercises and TRX Suspended Lunges. A great experience for athletes and the general population to get better on their balance, quad and glute strength, core strength and core stability. 
We often see people are performing this exercise with a poor posture and form. Not vertical shin dropped chest and poor balance. You need work on your balance first and then start practicing this exercise. Start with TRX Static Lunges where you will be facing the anchor point. Master your balance first, by performing Balance Reverse Lunges. 
Now here are steps for TRX Lunges: 馃敻Straps are on mid-length. .
馃敻You are standing facing away from the anchor point. .
馃敻For starting position be on half kneeling so you can start on a stable position. .
馃敻Keep your chest up, tall torso, dig your stable foot toes and heel into the floor. .
馃敻Maintain that vertical shin during the exercise. .
馃敻When you are up, drive that suspended leg towards your belly. .
馃敻On your way back (return) maintain the same posture (vertical shin, engaged core, chest up). .
Keeping your shin vertical will give you more quad, glutes and core engagement with a lot of mental focus. If not you are increasing the risk of your injury 馃う馃徏鈥嶁檪锔忦煒. Now hop on your straps and #doitright
