What does healthy eating look like FOR YOU?! Everyone is different, and we all have different tastes and preferences of food. Me myself, I love salads...like a ridiculous amount! I also have a deep deep love for eggs! Scrambled, fried, boiled, etc. However a lot of people done like Salads...We all have our own ways of healthy eating, I prefer to fuel my body with fresh Whole Foods. I try to steer away from processed foods and go for a fresh colorful plate. But to me healthy eating means whatever healthy is for you! What works for me may not work for you. All I can do is try to eat my best and be my healthiest self, inside and out! What does healthy eating mean FOR YOU?!?!
This book is a must! I only started reading a few pages yesterday, then a few more today, but it already is making so much sense. I have always admired Dr Chatterjee's approach to medicine and how he will help figure out the cause rather than just masking the symptoms. There is no denying that our lifestyles have a lot to answer for when it comes to our illnesses, however I never once thought about prioritising 'me time'. @alfie_petty is always telling me to take time to relax and just chill out, but I have always felt guilty if I sit down if the kitchen is still a mess or when there are 101 other things to be doing. Yet when reading some of this book tonight, I have felt for the first time, actually OKAY to just sit and enjoy some peace after I put the monkey to bed. I really do believe that this book is going to be such a #lifechanger . I'm so exited and happy that this book is out there in the world for everyone to read and hopefully find their balance in this crazy crazy world! Wofür hast du Zeit? Wofür nutzt du deine Zeit?
Hätte ich diesen Post vor einem Jahr geschrieben hätte ich irgendwas von Zielen und Projekten erzählt. Dass ihr viel Zeit investieren sollt in eure Projekte, um was zu erreichen und was Grosses aufzubauen. •
Heute erzähle ich dir, dass du dir Zeit für dich nehmen sollst. •
Zeit ist begrenzt. Das wissen wir alle, aber ist es uns auch wirklich bewusst? Ich meine, wer weiss schon was morgen ist? •
Diese „Erleuchtung“ hatte ich irgendwann letzten Sommer. Nach einer Zeit in der ich praktisch nur vor dem PC verbracht habe, um schneller mehr zu erreichen, schneller mehr zu verdienen und schneller grössere Projekte zu betreuen. Ich habe vergessen, mir Zeit für mich selbst zu nehmen. Und das obwohl ich 24/7 meine Zeit selbst einteilen kann & machen kann was ich will, wann ich will & wo ich will. •
Irgendwann habe ich gemerkt, dass mir Zahlen nicht mehr wichtig sind. Egal ob es die Zahl auf dem Bankkonto ist, die Zahl auf der Waage oder die Zahl meiner Follower. Irgendwann merkte ich, dass es schlussendlich um den inneren Frieden geht.
Um nichts sonst. •
Und diesen Frieden hatte ich nicht. •
Ich will damit nicht sagen, dass heute Ziele nicht mehr wichtig sind für mich. Ich habe immer noch Ziele und weiss jeden Tag, was ich erledigen will, um weiter daran zu arbeiten. •
Aber in meinem „Zielebuch“ kam die Kategorie „Soul“ dazu. Das ist die Zeit, die ich für mich und meine Seele habe. Die Zeit, die sich mein Leben nennt. Die Zeit, in der ich einfach sein kann. •
Was machst du jeden Tag für deine Seele? Hast du Zeit für sie? 🖤

Con molto ritardo, sono felice di dire che non ho buoni propositi e che non voglio averne.
Dal 2017 ho imparato a cavarmela da sola, a contare sulle mie sole forze, a fare i conti con il mio futuro e con i resti del passato che mi trascino dietro. L'unico sbaglio è stato non pensare al presente, nonostante la lista già stilata proprio il primo dell'anno (sul mio primo #bulletjournal 😜) e che ovviamente non ho più guardato neanche di sfuggita!
Quindi auguro a me stessa di avere sempre chiare le priorità, non scritte su un pezzo di carte ma ben delineate nella testa.
Mi auguro di continuare ad inseguire con tutte le mie forze il mio sogno e di desiderarne altri.

These containers are a lifesaver! While they seem so simple, they are so powerful! Portion control has always been my problem, so when I was able to put these in action it was mind blowing. There were foods I was eating way too much of (no shocker there), but there were also foods I was trying to limit myself on when I could actually have a little more. Even eating Whole30 style right now, I can still use these! It definitely takes the guess work out of eating!

Day 1 of #80dayobsession done. Got my meals in as scheduled. The hour went by so fast during the workout. My loops only popped off once! 😂 Only thing that didn't go as planned was sleep - insomnia hit me hard last night resulting in 3.5 hours of sleep. But I still got up when my alarm ⏰ went off. I was up anyway 🤷🏻♀️. Accountability to me and will hopeful sneak in a nap today for that awesome self care.
This next 80 days is a continuation of a better me. To focus on me. Mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Yes, I am hoping to see improvement in tone and definition in my arms💪🏼, abs, and a$$🍑 but it's really more than that. It's the big picture. It's to continue to challenge myself and become a better me.

@manuchavarro 🏋️♂️Combinación de peso muerto con remos de espalda. Pesas de 12 libras en cada mano, piernas abiertas al ancho de la cadera. Bajamos profundo manteniendo la espalda recta, realizamos un peso muerto y justo cuando estamos abajo, rematamos con un remo de espalda manteniendo los codos pegados a la cintura, bajamos con control y repetimos 15 veces el movimiento completo... 🏋️♂️Saltos en plancha con bosú, seguido de una flexión de pecho, agarramos dos pesas de 7 libras y hacemos un vuelo frontal de hombro. 3 movimientos forman 1 repetición, completar 12 movimientos. 🏋️♂️Trabajo de oblicuos y fortalecimiento de core. Con ambas manos apoyadas sobre un step, pies apoyados sobre un fitball, llevamos las piernas y el tronco de lado a lado llevando las rodillas a la altura del ombligo, extendemos las piernas del todo sin dejar caer la zona lumbar y repetimos del otro lado hasta completar 15 Repeticiones completas o 30 movimientos.
Cada ejercicio se realiza de 3 a 4 series. Ejercicios de tipo funcional donde activamos todo el cuerpo.

Innovando, creando, viviendo... 🏋️♂️🙏💪🙌 Nuevo día, nuevos retos, nueva vida. Para hoy, les dejo este ejercicio para trabajo de piernas y glúteos al mismo tiempo que activamos sistema cardiovascular.
Sobre una llanta, que en este caso hace las veces de superficie inestable, vamos a realizar saltos de sentadilla profundos, saltando por dentro y por fuera de la llanta. Debemos ser cuidadosos con la apertura de las piernas para caer justo en los bordes de la llanta y no caernos, el abdomen super contraído para lograr equilibrio. Completamos 15 repeticiones completas, rematando con 15 sentadillas corticas y profundas por 15 segundos sosteniendo la posición final, duele y arde hasta más no poder... Control del cuerpo y activación muscular y cardiovascular en un solo ejercicio. Regálate 8 series completas.

For all of you asking me how I do it or when I find the time... this is my “dining” room, okay? It pretty much always looks like this. All that laundry is clean, but it’s probably going to continue to live there for the next week until one of our babysitters folds a basket or two, I still don’t put it away, and then start the whole process over again weekend. I don’t love that this is the state of my house, but my priorities are elsewhere at this point in my life. 🙋🏻♀️”I’m gonna start on Monday...” How many of you have ever said that? I know I’ve said it more times than I’d like to admit. I used to just simply say it and halfway through Monday be over my “diet” and get “too busy” to workout... Now, when I say I’m starting Monday, or Sunday or Wednesday or the 1st or the 15th... I mean it. (I mean I’m human so slip ups happen but they are rare compared to before...) I didn’t miraculously get motivation to do it. Something inside me didn’t just flip a switch one day. I worked on my mind. I rearranged my priorities, which then turned into habits, just as your morning coffee, watching your shows each night or having a few drinks after work. For me, it was drinking alcohol, watching tv and smoking weed all very regularly. You don’t really know how much more time you have, until you prioritize things...My current goal is to cut down on mindless social media scrolling and replace it with work and learning. I’ve already stopped doing it first thing in the morning... I replaced that time with personal development which will help all of the other things in my life. You can add, replace or remove habits simply. It may not be easy, but it’s definitely simple. It all starts in your mind. What’s important to you? Why is it important to you? How bad do you want it? If you change nothing, nothing changes. So what do you want to change? What is no longer serving you that you can replace with something better? I may be biased, but I know a girl who can help you prioritize and live your best life... 😉📲💌🙋🏻♀️

Started from the bottom... I remember being a single mom at 20, not knowing what the heck I was doing nor how I was going to pay the bills. Kalei and I lived paycheck to paycheck, I used to balance my check book to the penny..... like no joke, to the penny!
Those years were not glamours by any means, but looking back now and knowing the opportunity I have now.... Thursday’s are pay days in my coaching business, a coaching business I work my ass off at, but on my schedule and part-time... I just collected my biggest paycheck I’ve ever received, I don’t say this to brag or to brag, I say this because I want you to see and know that it’s possible not to have to balance to the penny and worry about your bills! That their is more to a life than living paycheck to paycheck.... .
It won’t come easy, it’s going to take hard work and some sacrifice but wouldn’t you want to sacrifice now so you don’t have to for your entire life???
There is honestly nothing that fills up my cup more than hopping on our Sunday night team call and seeing the ladies on my team! 💖 It’s a time that we get to meet together (virtually of course 📲), mastermind and learn from one of our fearless leaders!
Sunday nights used to be a time of stress + anxiety for me (lesson plans and IEP’s galore) 😳, but not anymore. These days I look forward to Sunday nights because it means I get to be a part of something bigger than myself and it sets the tone for the week ahead!
