Fucking around in the kitchen and I just made the best 4 ingrediant curry I have ever made and tastes so much better than store bought packet currys!! Super yum and soft/tender chicken.
Half a can of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon red curry paste and a tablespoon of cayenne pepper + salt and pepper - cover with tin foil and bake. Sooo goooood.
✖️Christmas Schmishmas. There's no way I'm going to sabotage myself this Christmas when I'm absolutely in love with the way healthy feels! Totes enjoyed my dinner tonight!🙌🏼😍
