Trees are multidimensional beings. They have their roots deep down in the earth which signifies their connection to the Underworld. Their trunks and lower branches are in our world, the world of men, which in shamanic terms is called the Middle World. The branches of tall trees reach high in the sky which makes them a bridge into the Upper World. In fact, in many cultures shamans journey into the Upper World by visualising themselves climbing a tall tree to the very top and then flying up into the sky!
Meditating with a tree can be very relaxing and helps us to get grounded. Trees are great energy converters as well. They can transmute our negative energies and help us heal. This is shown by the very fact that they thrive on our metabolic waste products (carbon dioxide). For this reason we can draw energy from a tree without depleting it simply by giving it some of our unwanted energy in exchange.
Suzanne Simard, now at the University of British Columbia, has pioneered further research into how trees converse, including how these fungal filigrees help trees send warning signals about environmental change, search for kin, and transfer their nutrients to neighboring plants before they die. By using phrases like “forest wisdom” and “mother trees” when she speaks about this elaborate system, which she compares to neural networks in human brains, Simard’s work has helped change how scientists define interactions between plants.
Taoist Masters observed that trees are tremendously powerful plants. Trees strongly root with the Earth, and the more rooted the tree, the higher it can extend to Heaven. Trees stand very still, absorbing the Earth’s Energy and the Universal Force from the Heavens. #Consciousvibrancy

My happy place ✨🌞

A vida é perigosa.
it may have snowed yesterday, but my creamy echinacea is still blooming. i've felt exhausted and out of touch all week - spending lots of time working on my budding business. daydreaming about wild places and missing the woods. feeling guilty for not making time to be in nature. so tonight i spent the last hour of twilight tending to my garden. spreading compost and mulching with leaves, getting all my plants ready for winter. I listened to birds sing softly and watching squirrels carry pecans to their nests. it wasn't a perfect day on trails in the mountains, but it was the best I've felt so week. hands in the dirt, just being with my plants. .
so much #sundaygratitude going on. Shared one of my biggest passions face to face w people I've never met, and with some solid people in my life that showed up to support. 😍 then, to walk outside to this fresh snowy magic! ✨ #goldenpathproject#heartfull
Some Hindu temples have a shrine of two mirrors facing each other. The reflected eternity within is a very stark demonstration of illusion. When two mirrors reflect upon each other, an endless space of activity appears. When the Divine reflects upon itself, an endless universe seems to manifest. Yet just as the images depend on and are made of the mirror, so too is the universe reliant upon the Divine. That is our real Self. #spirituality#hinduism#yoga#india#mindfullness#meditation#altar#illusion#buddhism#maya
