Book recommendation! 'The Power of Now' - I think it's a really good read. I found it tough going at the start but the more I actually followed what he was saying the better it got.
In a nutshell:
Use the past to improve the future, plan the future, but don't dwell about what happened in the past and what might happen in the future. Be in the now and here.
Easier said then done? Yes, for sure. I struggled last night. Woke up at 2 and just could not focus on the task in hand (sleeping). My mind went back and forth about stuff that honestly is not worth mentioning.
But I'd still say, give it a go!! The times is has worked it's been bliss.
