This is a funny one. We can live in a world of abundance and have a storm waging in our minds. We could also live in a world of basic needs being just met. And have our souls satisfied. Our body, is a reflection of how we see ourselves in the world. It is the not just our choice, but duty to take care, take love, and respect it. To see it bud to it’s ultimate potential.

It’s easy to forget about working on the ankles, but they’re just as important to focus on as our more exciting joints like the ✨hips & the shoulders✨. The ankles are the literal foundation of our body, and how well they move affects how the whole rest of our body moves.
I like to come into this half squat/half kneeling position and then work on my ankle mobility by isometrically pushing the ball of my foot *down into the floor* (working active plantarflexion) and then isometrically lifting my foot *away from the floor* (active dorsiflexion).

Have you had interruptions all year? SO WHAT? I have too but I'm not waiting for the right time because there will never be a right time. Truth is, you'll wait till the start of a new year and then something else will come up and you'll start in February. I know it sounds harsh, but that's all an excuse.

There’s always something to experience and this exhibition took me back to the 90s. I have always felt that compared to the 20s, the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s, the 90s weren’t as significant to me. I’ve always felt I was born too late. In terms of fashion I feel the other decades are more influential, inspiring, defined and recognised. However, what I do associate with the 90s, apart from skirt-trousers, anything Spice Girl related and pom pom-esque, the 90s were a time of change, we were on the edge of a movement that now defines today and rapidly progresses our lives to things we couldn’t have imagined. The world is smaller, faster, more intelligent and ever changing. How do we keep up! This exhibition made me appreciate the innocence of childhood in the 90s, we hardly looked in the mirror back then, but we did do was enjoy each other, nature, our homes, our possessions and the fact we had time to be ourselves.

Is it to see how far we’ve come 🎶
