Stop trying movements you have no business doing just because you saw it in a cool video on a social media platform. You should have movement goals if you’re into fitness. However, myself included, you also understand that difficult movements like pistol and Cossack squats aren’t exercises you just miraculously can rep out after a couple training sessions. Teach the joints required in a movement how to work nicely. Good things happen from there. #controlyourself

Getting a taste of what my life may look like next year hahah! She was napping so I was like ITS TIME ⏰ to squeeze in leg day :) she woke up when I had 20min left. I fed her and then put her on the floor with some toys - stopped several times, but I didnt mind cuz she’s so stinkin cute 💕
I’m just glad I showed up and crushed leg dayyy on a friday while babysitting 🕺🏼 Also, this is going to sound crazy but I’m only 5 days into this program and my upper body feels more toned already. #wootwoot ⚡️
Humility — Humbling yourself to say “I don’t know it all”. Learn from those around you, because no matter what you think, you can. All of us today stand on the shoulders of giants. The progress we then make throughout our lifetime will be what future generations can thank us for... then take it to the next level. Always strive for more... yet Be content! Contradicting? No. Be content, yet don’t be complacent. There is always more to learn, always room to grow, always people to help, always mentors to ask —————— needless to say, I had an amazing weekend training and learning with some of the greats in our profession. BIG thank you to Dr. David Fletcher, Chiropractic wizard (insanely knowledgeable and specializes in neurological health and restoration) and president of CLA scanning technologies. Form, surface and shadow are an integral part of my artworks. The leaves sit closely at the intersection between 2D and 3D, being cut canvas they are flat .. then they are hung on gallery pins, which holds them out from the wall, giving movement and shadow, reminiscent of the dappled forest.
LIFE THEY SAY IS TOO SHORT!!.
