Today I mixed my oats with some chia seeds for those omega 3s😏
I topped it off with half a plum, a banana and some frozen blueberries🙈

Unfortunately this isn’t my breakfast this morning, and although it doesn’t look like much per say it was delicious AND extremely high in fibre (15g) which almost makes up for my measly 8g yesterday doesn’t it... 🙄💩 Today I will go better, if not for me, for my bowels! .
- 40g oats
- 110g pear
- 50g frozen berries
- 5g psyllium husk
- 60g courgette - 30g @gonutritionuk banana diet why
- 50ml @oatly oat milk - 2 tbsp @sweetfreedomuk fruit syrup
- tbsp baking powder - roughly 50-100ml water to top
Morning beautiful people 👋 I'm in such a good mood this morning... my body is achey from all that zumba and I just LOVE that feeling. I went for many years without exercising and now it's my number one tip to happiness... it's not about how you look (although exercise will change that too)... it's about the fact that is makes you feel AMAZING!
Anywaaaaay... this was meant to be about porridge (not sure where that all came from 🙄). I woke up waaaaay to hungry for 'pretty' this morning... this is my happy mess of chocolate peanut porridge (cacao, maca, oats, @pbfit.uk peanut butter powder and almond milk) topped with caramelised banana, cacao nibs, choc shot, organic white mulberries and peanut butter drizzle.
I mentioned the peanut butter right?🤣
