-#flexfriday today was one of those days where I had to dig deep. 2nd exercise of #legday#leg day, 3x6 front #squats after a very heavy 1st exercise where I PR’d 5 plates a side for hack squat. 2nd week doing front squats and after a grueling first exercise, I was about to go lower on the weight since I just taxed myself, but if any of you know me, I never cut myself short! I’ll might not be the strongest but I PRIDE MYSELF ON MY INTENSITY and lack of giving up(or some of you may say just stubborn lol) 2nd set of front squats, was on my 5th rep and I just buckled over and drop the weight! F@#%!! Sometimes you have to feel the situation and if needed be smart and drop the weight on your next set....AND SOMETIMES you have to MAN THE F UP, Get under the bar, turn on #beastmode and DO THE DAMN WEIGHT AGAIN!! -also after reviewing my sets I realized on the set I dropped it, that my feet where too close, I wasn’t engaging my core enough, was rounding my back, and letting the weight be on top of my toes instead of my heels, after review the video and I regained my thoughts, I was able to do the 3rd set of 6.
