Coming up as a standard procedure: the Carotid Intima-Media Thickness (CIMT) test at Stark. Having a clear picture of the health of your coratid arteries is vital for three reasons:

Grilled Cajun Catfish 🐟
20 oz raw wild catfish - should yield 14 oz cooked (2 Leans)
1/2 tsp thyme leaves (1/2 Condiment)
1/2 tsp black pepper (1 Condiment)
1/4 tsp cayenne red pepper (1/2 Condiment)
1/4 tsp salt (1 Condiment)
1/4 tsp garlic powder (1/2 Condiment)
1/4 tsp onion powder (1/2 Condiment)
1/8 tsp lemon pepper (1/4 Condiment)
Combine seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle on both sides of the catfish. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily. You can also bake it at 375 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
2 Servings with 1 Lean, 2.12 Condiments per Serving ( You need 2 Healthy Fats to complete this Lean)

Sometimes we make change hard but reality is that we can make small, seemingly insignificant changes over time, not really notice a huge difference in our day to day lives and then voilà 3 months later a transformation has taken place. This goes for personal lives, professional lives and even our health! Happy Monday! Last week ended up being quite busy! It has seriously been frustrating and stressful, but it's a new day and new week. I can't fixate on the past but now focus on the present moment. I decided to wake up this morning happy and determined. My priority today is my health. Instead of trying to do a million things at one time, I'm going to focus on 1-2 things. So today I chose to do yoga and do some meal prepping so that way I can nourish and move my body. Time to get things done! Btw I want my desk to look like this pic 💁☕️
