Often dubbed as “the most beautiful island in the world,” Palawan features gorgeous blue beaches that mix with emerald green, jungle filled mountains that rest above it - a site that is truly unparalleled. // via @worldwidetravelshots
This is a shot from a few Januarys ago—our first trip to Coron. Island hopping tour guides are oftentimes also your boat captains, dive masters, and chefs all rolled into one happy human being. #philippines
Soaring high over El Nido or 'The Nest' in Palawan. This marine reserve is full of hidden lagoons, and stunning karst limestone cliffs.
El Nido is an encouraging example of how responsible tourism can preserve rather than trash a sublime place. With illegal logging and dynamite fishing largely kept at bay, you can visit El Nido today and see the same pristine beauty you might have reveled in 20 years ago.
