I didn't feel like stopping for a mindful lunch today because I am pressed for time and enjoying the flow of work at the moment! My belly was rumbling so I opted for a shake! My shake has protein powder, orange juice, coconut milk, ice, fiber, Chia seeds, flax seed oil, love! You have to add fibre and healthy fat to a shake if you want it to have it replace a meal and keep you full long term. After a strength workout I just do water, orange juice and protein powder because this is a different purpose than lunch! What are your favourite shake ingredients? Share with me!
