I can do all things in Christ Jesus - as long as I trust Him, whatever He ask me to do is what He has prepared me to do, is what He has empowered me to do & is what He will do with me, through me and for me.
Have a glorious week. Face it and do it, God is with you!

What makes you exempt?
Don't be afraid when God plants you and life seems dark. Like a Phoenix riding out of the ashes you will emerge more beautiful and stronger than before. Rebirth. ------------------------------------------------------------

Matthew 7:20 KJV
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Wait! Is this verse saying that, through the power of Jesus, I can do any and ALL things? Wow! But hang on a second. Last week I tried to pick up a car that was taking up 2 spots in a parking lot. I couldn't budge it. No matter how hard I tried. I even said, "In the name of Jesus." But no luck. I had to park elsewhere. So what gives? Why couldn't I move that car? I used the name of Jesus.
The Word of God was not originally written in English. Our language lacks when it comes to translating from other languages. Especially the Greek. We use the same word to describe our "love" for a spouse as we do for a friend, our brother, our favorite team... and pizza, especially pizza. But in the Greek, there are various words to describe the various kinds of love that exist, (Epithumia, Eros, Storge, Phileo, Agape). "I can DO all things.." does not mean that we are able to "do" (verb), as in complete an action. It is not physical. I cannot turn tofu into a Tommy's chili burger or a dollar bill into a month's rent. Not even in the name of Jesus. Wouldn't that be awesome though? The Greek word for "can do" is ischuo. It stems from the root word, ischus, which means "strength." A more precise translation would be, "For all things I have strength, in Christ’s strengthening me," (YLT). That is to say that in our situations, in our trials, in our struggles, we can find the strength to endure, not in our own power but in the power of God's Spirit given through Christ. It is by leaning on Jesus, submitting and surrendering it all to Him, that He will see you through it. He will help you endure until the end. If I would ask for a show of hands, how many of you tried enduring trials in your own power... and not only found it difficult, but probably set things further back and made them worse, I wonder how many hands I'd see raised? Mine would be the first one up.
So remember, in this world, you will have tribulation but look to the One who will give you peace in the storm. Look to Jesus.

I love when the folks whom are all about "Science" and "Facts" denounce the Shroud of Turin. Saying its "Fake" or what have you. Science cannot explain how the image got on the cloth, it has Blood on it, and the description of the man in the cloth fits that of a crucified man. The man in the cloth was beaten/scourged, wounds to the head where a crown of thorns woulda been placed, and most importantly wounds thought wrist where nails would've been driven through. I firmly believe this was the burial cloth of Jesus Christ. This cloth is proof of the resurrection. Proof that Jesus walked this earth and rose again on the third day. He knew there would be skeptics...this was merely his response to "pics or it didnt happen"...which reminds me...the cloth itself is actually a photo negative.. When you take a pic of it and reverse it...it becomes a positive. Deny all you want folks...the Lord is so real its outta this world. Ask Jesus into your heart today its never too late. #Facts#Science#ShroudOfTurin#Crucifixion#Crucified#Nazara#Jesus#JesusChrist#JesusDaily#JesusIsTheAnswer#Christian#JesusIsMySavior#Savior#Shroud#Turin#MadeNew#2Corinthians517#Philippians413
