My hump is hurt today so I'm pumping away at my arms. I love lifting heavier💪, but lighter weights have their place too.
I still want to make sure I'm maintaining my muscular endurance, and of course I want to keep my arms toned. Swipe to see some of my arm workout for today. I use it in my barre and cardio classes.
For the sake of the video, I'm only doing 4 reps. I aim for 12 of each move. Repeat the whole thing 2-3 times.
