On a more serious note - after getting injured around two weeks ago, being able to move without pain is such a blessing. My first thought after taking this pic is "I could have done this better...". But I checked myself instantly and shifted my thinking to "Praise GOD I have no pain today." I have a better understanding of low back injuries and nerve pain now, and it was very humbling to realise how I took functional movement for granted. My recovery has been amazing thanks to the expert care of @joshua.s3 and @d.r.myotherapy , but also the love and support of my family, friends and colleagues.
