It’s honestly the most amazing thing I have ever watched and has made me love Demi Lovato even more than I already did. Her music and her troubles helped me through really tough times and her documentary goes back on her life and the real truth about her life as being sober from drugs and alcohol and still learning to love her self in her body and mind. Definitely a massive positivity I needed. And every time I’m feeling low and numb and ever start to question my life or self worth it will watch it again and again because I know that I’m not alone and everyone goes through troubles but she is living proof and it has really helped seeing this. And I recommend it to anyone struggling or needing positivity or for anyone that never understood Demi Lovato because this documentary’s the truth. And to all the people who tried to bring her down and made her life hell . Look at her now ! My New Years resolution this year was to stand up for myself and while I'm really proud of myself because I truly have made significant progress,, I'm also kinda mad at myself because A lot of times I think back to when I wanted to say things but I would say something else and wow yikesssss

I'm not letting negative thoughts prevent me from feeling anything but gratitude and joy that I'm here in DC and I have the opportunity to do amazingly cool work.
It is a very common myth that eating more meals sets your metabolism on fire. It does not matter how many meals you eat per day. Some decide to intermittent fast while others enjoy eating breakfast. It's personal preference! If total calories are equal, either option will have the same effects on your body composition 👍
