What a time to be alive! My ultimate guilt food is Ice cream and I can still fit a pint in my macros. I decided to try this Proyo ice cream because it was on sale at my grocery store for $2.88 and the halo top was $5.99. Honestly its not as good as  halo top nor are the macros as good but this is pretty damn close! I would recomend it, especially if you have some extra carbs to hit. I would rate this flavor a 8/10. Perfect nightcap 🤤

I make my tofu with nutritional yeast, which like the name suggests, has many nutritional benefits! * It's full of B vitamins (niacin, folate, B6, thiamine), which play a role in energy production, nerve and brain function, and promoting healthy skin. * It's a source of protein for muscle building and helping with feeling satiated (good for weight loss or if you have an out of control appetite)
* Fibre for good digestion
* Minerals like zinc for immunity

It's also gluten free and has a cheesy flavour if you're into that!
