I'd love to tell you that today's workout was unreal and feeling amazing and all that. The truth is, it was a struggle.
Not a struggle in sense that the weights were super heavy or anything because I've handled all this before.
I haven't slept well in a couple of days, and was up way too late last night. I didn't eat enough prior to my workout. I had to combine 2 of my days because of scheduling this week.
There's a ton of factors going in. You know what I didn't do? I didn't quit and leave. As tired and demotivated as I felt, I stuck it out and got it done.
It's commitment (thank you @fancyherfit) not motivation that brings success. Motivation can dwindle, but your stubbornness to stick to the plan will ensure you hit your goals.
Stay committed, reap the rewards. ✌️
