I’m eating more and training less. Although it has been an adjustment, most days I wake up feeling great! Today was one of those days ☺️ Prior to working with my trainer I was burned out and not feeling challenged. Making the switch to heavier weights was more mentally challenging than physically challenging, but the reward has been so worth it. I used to train 6+ days a week for well over an hour and nothing about my training was really all that functional other than to “burn calories to further my deficit”. Now I may not sweat as much (more specifically on upper body days), my heart rate doesn’t always elevate like it used to, and my workouts are usually less than 45mins. But I’m still challenged, they are pretty intense, I’m getting stronger, and I’m LOVING it 🙌🏼💕 Also, fingers crossed 🤞🏼 for a smooth launch of the 12 Days of Fitmas Challenge tomorrow 😂 Turn on my post notifications so you don’t miss the announcement 🤗
