Push day with 15 mins of treadmill running. Personal best using 15kg dumbbells for a chest press. Jeeze, definitely felt it afterwards 😂
Do you have certain days for certain exercises within your programme? Do you actually have a routine?
As honestly this will help you develop muscle without putting strain on other areas every day.
Try do 3 full body workouts a week with 3 cardio sessions, Or push, pull and legs. Something that won't manipulate the same muscle every day. Otherwise you won't have any recovery period for the muscle to develop.
