Dear English learners. If you're ever confused about the use of "HOUSE" Vs "HOME" just remember this expression "To make your house a home". It should (hopefully) remind you that a HOUSE is just a building, but a HOME is where you feel safe and can relax & recharge your batteries.

Let the cat out of the bag .
🇬🇧 = to allow a secret to be known, usually without intending to.
This expression alludes to the dishonest practice of a merchant substituting a worthless cat for a valuable pig, which is discovered only when the customer gets home and opens the bag. .
Ex.: Mom let the cat out of the bag and told us Karen was engaged. . 🇷🇺=
. . ❗️ENG : To learn this idiom write it 3 times or make a sentence with it in the comments.

The city has four public research universities and more than 30 private,
professional, and technical colleges, offering a wide range of disciplines. A record
number of 175,651 students were enrolled in the winter term of 2015/16. Among
them around 18% have an international background.
I brought this book from Japan when I moved to Thailand.
I read this book when I am sad or want to return.
I finished the English text twice, but I couldn't reach the passing score.
It is difficult for me to learn English that is neither my native language nor the official language of this country.
But that is the same situation for everyone.
I want to become positive by reading this book.
I definitely do not want to give up!
During my teaching practice (12 years so far 😁) I have had students from different countries: Brazil, Russia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Morocco, Ukraine, Chile, South Korea, Colombia, Mexico, Spain, Japan…🗺
Needless to say, that all of them had different accents and different difficulties with the English pronunciation 😰
Many languages simply don't have such sounds as English does, so, of course, sometimes you have to work hard to master the English pronunciation. 💪🏻
To be honest, my most difficult teaching experience was when I lived and worked in Vietnam (it was my first time working in Asia). 🇻🇳
The Vietnamese language phonetics are so different from English that students had big trouble pronouncing some words in, and I had big trouble trying to understand them 😨😊
But it was just in the beginning. After some time working there I could understand them more easily, and my students improved their pronunciation through practice. Moreover, some of them didn't even have their Vietnamese accent after all. 👌🏻👍🏻🙌🏻
My point is that even if you can't speak English right now like natives do, it doesn't mean that you will never be able to do it. 🙊
❗️All comes with a price. And in this case your price is hard work. 💪🏻
If you practice a lot, if you constantly work on your pronunciation, if you correct your mistakes and don't give up facing some difficulties, you will get great results. 📈
