My hand is up. Sugar addict here! I grew up on it. I didn’t know any better. Nearly every morning for breakfast, since as long as I can remember, I ate a bowl of sugary cereal. It was quick, easy and something both my brother and I enjoyed. Why wouldn’t we? It’s packed with bright colors and sugar to give us energy to start our mornings. And, as kids, we obviously wouldn’t say no to something like that. But…it became a problem. Even into my adulthood, it’s the trend that I continued. My pantry would be stocked full of cereal boxes…Lucky Charms, Golden Grahams. Fruit Loops, Captain Crunch. The good stuff! I’m not judging anyone else that eats this on a daily basis…my kids still have it on occasion too. But when I tried to start changing my habits I thought there was no chance I’d ever be able to give up my morning routine. In the kitchen, pour the bowl, grab the milk, I’m good to go. And, I’ve got energy, but just for a bit. I’d start dragging about 10am and would have to find something to keep me awake. I could also hear my stomach growling mid-way through the morning.
Luckily, my superfood changed all this for me. Just as quick, just as simple and oh so good too! Something that tastes like a desert, but is the equivalent of a salad in the morning. Heck yeah, sign me up! I never thought I’d be able to give up my habits, but with this I don’t have to worry about making myself breakfast, I blend it up in 30 seconds, am out the door and am full until lunch time. No morning drag. No stomach growls.

This, along with a "no added sugar flavoured water" comes with the children's meal. Why can't they just have water? Just because it has a picture of an orange doesn't mean it is the main ingredient. "Sucralose" is just another type of sugar. But what annoys me is that oranges are so sweet, natural orange juice is so lovely and refreshing and is actually good for you, there is no need to spoil it by adding sugar. But It's far too expensive and therefore not enough profit to be made on it so instead it's packed with cheap sweeteners to sell it cheap and make maximum profit. It pains me to see other people relying on everyone else to MAKE them happy. They don’t know how to be self sufficient and CREATE their own happiness. These are typically the same people that tear other women down, write passive aggressive Facebook posts or hashtags (😂 how mature right?), and are jealous of other people — simply because they aren’t willing to create their own happiness, own their shit and make their lives better.
I’m so grateful I have a tribe of SUPPORTIVE women who constantly remind me to be the best bad ass person I can be, inspire me and make me want to be better today than I was yesterday!

Last night was a late one for me!! My lights went off after midnight, yet I was still up at 4:00 😳
Some may call me crazy for doing this, but I call myself COMMITTED!! I have set some big goals for myself so I need to keep pushing forward!! My workout may have felt a teeny bit harder this morning, but I made it!!
Plus, it’s almost the weekend (a long weekend for me 😜) so I can get some rest then!!

Jujur aku jarang bgt makan hasil bikinanku sendiri. liat orang2 makannya pd lahap aja udh seneng banget.. temen2 atau sodara kerumah minta bikinin, ampe makanannya abis atau dibekel pulang artinya kan mereka doyan. alhamdulillah, capenya terbayar.. kemaren bikin pudding pun aku ga makan, trus td bikin pudding ini akhirnya aku nyobain tnyata memang ENAAKKK BANGEETTT! ampe nambah 2x hehe..

PUDDING MARIE 3 LAPIS
1 bks marie regal
2 sdt agar plain
650 ml air putih
7 sdm gulpas
7 sdm gulpas
650 ml susu cair
2 sdt agar plain
2 kuning telur
2 sdm butter (aku pake wijsman)
9 sdm gulpas
750 ml susu cair
3 sdt agar plain
3 sdm coklat bubuk (larutkan dgn 50ml air panas)
2 kuning telur
Basahi loyang d 26cm dgn air matang (ga usah dilap). Tata marie di loyang, sisihkan.
Masak agar+gulpas+air di panci smp mendidih.
Angkat, aduk sampe suhu ruang lalu tuang perlahan ke loyang berisi marie (rendam panci di wadah berisi air dingin biar cepet dinginnya). .
Kocok lepas kutel, encerkan dgn sdkt susu cair
Masak agar+sisa susu cair+gula pasir+SKM, aduk smp mendidih.
Masukkan kutel, aduk cepat smp mendidih. Angkat, tambahkan butter, aduk smp larut.
Tuang perlahan dg sendok sayur ke atas lapisan 1 yg sdh set.
Masak seperti lapisan 2, lalu tuang ke atas lapisan 2 yg sudah set.
1 liter air
½ kaleng SKM
10 sdm gula pasir
2 kuning telur
4 sdm maizena
2 sdm butter (wijsman)
½ sdt vanila esens
Siapkan wadah besar berisi air dingin, sisihkan.
Larutkan maizena+air, kocok lepas kutel+air. Sisihkan.
Masak SKM+gulpas+sisa air smp mendidih.
Masukkan larutan maizena, aduk smp kental.
Masukkan kuning telur, aduk cepat smp meletup2.
Angkat, masukkan butter, aduk rata.
Rendam panci di wadah berisi air dingin agar tdk berkulit. Aduk sampe dingin.

I'm not one to post about my body. But I feel so many other women go through the same thing. So I've decided I'm gonna start a new exercise routine. The photos on the left is what I look like now. The picture in the right lower corner, was what I looked like after loosing 40lbs a few years ago. And the one on top of that is where I'd like to be in a few months. I've just have had no motivation. I havnt felt comfortable in my own body for a while. And it depresses me. HOWEVER, I no longer let doubt and uncertainty hold me back from trying new things like launching a business that helps others, and jumping out of my comfort zone to learn and participate in events that will make sure I am the most effective coach possible! I quickly learned I don’t have to be ripped, I don’t have to be an expert, and I don’t have to know everything! I simply have to have passion, heart, and hustle. And THAT, my friends, is something I KNOW I HAVE! 🙌🏻

My first attempt at banana raspberry ice cream 🤗
No added sugars, dairy or soy... just banana, raspberry and cashews. It was tasty, but missing that creamy texture of ice cream.
I’ve replaced a lot in my pursuit of a healthier lifestyle but I just have not found a permanent option for this craving. Every once in a while I will do coconut ice cream, which is good but still not the same... Life is about balance. Ice cream is good 💕
