Preworkout. People ask all the time what the best pre workout is. And honestly, it depends.
For focus and fat loss, I'd recommend Legion Athletics Forge.
For a good clean pump, I'd recommend Legion Athletics Pulse.
For a little more intense pump plus energy, I'd recommend mixing PEScience Alphamine with PEScience High Volume.
As for me, right now, I'm taking very little. I have some black coffee with Yohimbine and HMB. Yohimbine helps mobilize stubborn fat and HMB helps reduce muscle break down.
There's a lot of options out there for preworkout supplementation. The vast majority of them just have "feel good" ingredients. They'll make you feel tingly or hot or load you up with stimulants, but have little effect beyond that.
