I see too many people believing in other people’s opinions and it needs to stop. How many people do you know that have tried every diet in the world and got no where. Tried every single program from all of the top bodybuilders and got no where. Tried all of the Strength plans and got no where. This is because you are following someone else’s plan. SOMEONE ELSE, NOT YOU! —
I’ve always been a stubborn guy. If my parents told me one thing I would purposely do the opposite for no reason. I’ve always believed in following MY OWN path. Not because I think I’m right but because I am not you, or anyone else. Yes 90% of our genetics might be the same but it’s that 10% that makes a difference. Everyone can gain a little beginner gains in the gym, but to stand out from the crown doing the 8-10 rep range you need to find what works for you. This goes for everything in life as well as diet and training. -
Don’t get me wrong I look up to everyone and will never turn down some advice from anyone, I will take it on board, try it for myself and if it doesn’t work for me then I will form my own opinion. DO YOUR RESEARCH, find what works for you, take out what doesn’t work, build a plan and be CONSISTENT.
