Had an awesome workout today @hybridperformancemethodgym. Worked with a duffalo bar for the first time today doing some squats at 185kg for sets of 5. Followed that up with some benches at 145kg for 5s as well. Capped it all off with some farmers walks style cardio (I guess) 😅. Had to finish off my workout at hybrid with a selfie with the beautiful @lisandra.g.85 ❤(photobomb by @steficohen not usually included 😂).
Exercise: Pike Pushup
I have a few new goals in mind, and my programming as of this week is to get me closer to them. Today was a push day for me, so I made sure I hit chest, shoulders, and triceps in some way using primarily my body weight. This elevated Pike Pushup can be used as a progression to a handstand pushup.

Все отговорки рождаются только от осознания, что изменение привычек питания - это не разовая акция, не на один день. Ведь новое питание - это ваш новый образ жизни на долгие годы. И этот факт пугает многих. Сюда же масла подливают разные мифы, которыми просто кишит интернет (например, что сладкое нельзя, соусы нельзя, кофе нельзя, от молочки вас зальет, картошка с бананами сделают вас на 10 кг тяжелее😂). И в итоге мы получаем отрицание от самих же себя. Вроде и хочется измениться, и надо бы, но вот толкьо лень и страшно.
Но, поверьте, достаточно лишь правильно выстроить мотивацию, достаточно лишь совсем чуточку разобраться и понять, как сохранить все свои любимые продукты в рационе, но при этом расставить их так, чтобы быть здоровым и легким, как вы тут же с радостью примете все изменения☺

Over and over again I see ADHERENCE as the biggest culprit for lack of weight loss success.
Many people beat around the bush and try to make this process more complicated than it needs to be. They focus on the wrong things without simply focusing on the things that matter.
They miss tracking little bites & nibbles here and there, eyeball too many meals and rely on nutritional information when eating out at restaurants. Every little bit adds up!
Fat loss isn't about seeing what you can get away with. It is not glamorous and it doesn't happen over night. Patience, persistence and consistency are key. Success comes when you execute the little tiny details over and over for long periods of time.
If you are not achieving the results you desire, ask yourself if you are truly doing what it takes for that to happen. You can not know the calories in a food or meal if you have not weighed and measured them firsthand yourself.
What is your favorite form of cardio? I love riding my beach cruiser around town, view the sunset 🌅 and spend time with loved ones all while getting in a good workout! Cardio doesn't have to be boring, inside a gym, on a machine etc! Whatever you love to do whether it's walks on the beach, bike rides with friends, hikes, or stair master in the gym! #transformationtuesday Okay sooo left 137ish right 150ish. I told y'all that prep bod wasn't sustainable. I tried to find 2 pictures that were posed similarly. Left was about a month ago & right was this week. Again so 12ish pds and about 3-4 weeks between photos. It makes me CRINGE when people message me and talk about wanting to start the death trap cycle I just got off of. I keep telling y'all what I miss about prep but let me tell you what I DONT miss. I DON'T miss the lack of sleep every night. I DON'T miss my hair texture changing. I DON'T miss feeling anxious every single time I was surrounded by food. I DON'T miss logging every single gram of everything I ate. I DON'T miss feeling like I was going to pass out every time I went to the gym. I DON'T miss feeling stupid because I literally mentally couldn't process day to day tasks. I DON'T miss finishing my food at 3 PM some days and then not being able to eat again until the next day. I DON'T miss feeling like I couldn't go anywhere or do anything with friends and family because I had to make sure I had time for my meals. I DON'T miss nearly wrecking my car on multiple occasions because my brain couldn't mentally connect. While I may have gained 12 pounds and YES I am SUPER uncomfortable because all of this has happened in the past 3-4 weeks & honestly who likes to gain weight.?! However, I'm thankful for a mind that works and a brain that can process things. I'm thankful for a healthy body & the ability to lift heavy things.
