♨BAHAN2 UNTUK KULIT KUIH BOM :
1 paket tepung pulut cap 3 gajah (500 gm)
2 sudu makan tepung gandum
2 sudu makan gula pasir
1 cawan air (boleh dikurangkan ikut kesesuaian) ♨CARA BUAT KULIT KUIH BOM : ~Dalam mangkuk atau basin, masukkan gula pasir, garam dan air (masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit untuk memastikan adunan tak terlebih air) kacau dengan sudu hingga gula dan garam hancur.
~Kemudian masukkan tepung pulut dan tepung gandum, ~Uli hingga menjadi doh
p/s ; tujuan gula dimasukkan ke dalam adunan adalah untuk mengelakkan kuih bom meletup semasa menggoreng..(sebab tu kuih ni di panggil kuih bom..hihii) ♨BAHAN2 UNTUK INTI KACANG : ~500 gm kacang hijau @ kacang merah (direndam setengah hari sekurang-kurangnya supaya kacang cepat empuk..jimat gas maa)
~Seketul gula melaka
~Gula pasir secukupnya (mengikut citarasa masing2)
~1 sudu kecil garam ~1 sudu besar tepung gandum (tujuannya supaya inti tidak mudah bersepai)
~Sehelai daun pandan ♨CARA2 MEMBUAT INTI KACANG : ~Rebus kacang hijau bersama daun pandan hingga empuk, masukkan gula melaka, gula pasir, garam dan tepung gandum. Kacau hingga kering...tapi jangan terlalu kering..agak2 inti boleh di kepal boleh la matikan api dapur tu ye...
~Sejukkan inti, kemudian kepal bulat-bulat sebesar syiling 20 sen lama.
Ok..dah siap buat kulit dan inti kacang ...ambil doh kulit kuih bom tadi..leperkan kat atas tapak tangan, kemudian letakkan inti yang telah dibulat-bulatkan tadi, tutp inti dengan kulit kuih bom tadi..dan golekkan kuih bom kita tadi tu kat dalam bijan hingga bijan menyaluti semua bahagian kuih bom..
Lepas tu boleh la goreng dalam api sederhana besar sehingga kuih menjadi warna keemasan dan terapung dipermukaan minyak... p/s: goreng dengan minyak yang mencukupi supaya kuih masak sempurna dan tak hangit kat bawah.

In a wheel chair not able to use my legs for 4 hours following a couple of cortisone infiltration in my spine to help my hernia get back into place. We are so blessed to use our legs and should be conscious about it but mostly be empathic to those who can't. Try to spend 4 hours of your life in a wheelchair with your legs totally numb and you will definitely stop sweating the small stuff. Have a lovely thoughtful weekend everyone 🙏
